Fear God, how many curses on your heads from tourists and the staff heard... The story of my holiday. We bought 5 stars. . . ha. there is no sea. The hotel is not even fenced - so the bush grows, the whole territory is a roadway. ANYONE can enter and exit. The staff answers approximately the following to all claims: yes, we don’t have 5 stars, we don’t sell it as 5 stars, all claims are against the poisoning side. The host of "Anex Tour" - avoids solving all problems, "feeds with breakfast. " He sees his duties only in a transfer and an attempt to “suck in” as many excursions as possible for tourists. It is also not responsible for the quality and compliance with the description of the excursions - the guide, with the appropriate name BigHam, only smiles and makes a helpless gesture. He only accepts money. . . Well, that's a different story, just try not to buy excursions at the hotel, you can do it in Naama Bay and in the Old Town. We tried to change the hotel. An option was offered - the hotel does not return the money for the room, but they can sell us another hotel  .

With a kitchen, the view from the room is a very busy hotel road, then an even busier road around the hotel, then a dump and a gas station, behind the dump, a piece of the sea is visible on the horizon  . This is a sea view. Room service is bad - linen is not changed at all, towels were sometimes taken away, however, they forgot to hang clean ones, or left one of the four... (We always left Baksheesh). Water barely flows and not always, it is very difficult to wash. Many complained about the huge cockroaches.

Staff. As I understand it, this is the worst version of the Egyptian service. The attendants consider it normal to pester Russian girls, even if the girl is with her husband. In principle, gentlemen with bracelets are not noticed (they do not tip, they cannot roll out an invoice with several zeros assigned, etc.  ). I observed the situation: 3 Russian girls checked out of the room 15 minutes later. Upon arrival, tourists sign an obligation to pay 50% of the room rate in case of late check-out. They asked for $60 - a fine. This is despite the fact that the room costs $ 50 in bitches  . So in everything. The story ended with borrowing money from those who were leaving.
Nutrition. (It is better not to eat at the hotel, they themselves know this - not for nothing that the rooms with a kitchen  ). Rice, again rice and again rice of different colors. Pasta. In the morning, scrambled eggs and sausages. Salads - tomatoes, cucumbers in different versions. Of the meat dishes, mainly chicken (legs). All pastries are not fresh. They do not bake it themselves, they buy what is left from hotels with bakeries. For dinner, I advise you to come to 19, if there is practically nothing for a big check-in by 20, or there is nowhere to sit. Drinks - beer, rum and sometimes local whiskey. After 24, drinking is paid, you won’t be able to take a few glasses - you need to present an empty glass  .
Beach. The hotel does not have its own beach. A minibus (there is not always enough space for everyone) takes you to 2 beaches on a schedule, to which people come from several hotels, plus anyone can get there by paying money. The first - "Terazina" is a terrible dump and garbage dump, in the bay, not far from the port. The second is small, cramped, completely filled with sunbeds. In addition to towels, EVERYTHING on the beaches is paid and not very cheap, plan these expenses in advance.
Contingent. Local Arabs (living on the territory), Arabs who came to "spend time", many Russians who bought 5 stars  , very few Europeans and Italians. Crowds of street cats.
What is good. Since the "village" is old, the territory is green, there is a place to walk, many shops, an Internet cafe. You can “live” a little there, but if you want a beach holiday, you need to clearly understand that this is not a hotel, but an apartment for rent, with all the ensuing consequences. Good luck.
