We were recommended this hotel by our tour agent, for "price" and "quality" and noticed that this hotel is supported by a large Pegasus company!
We were settled at the beginning of 11 am, we arrived at the hotel at about 7 am, immediately asked for a good room, we had to wait, for which we gave $ 20 tips.
Liked the Red Sea! The territory of the hotel did not make much of an impression.
Room 2205 and the balcony were spacious and the furniture was all old, the linens already washed and already looking grey. Disgusting smell in the bathroom. The same gray towels, in some cases already torn.
The food is modest, without much abundance of dishes and occasionally with stale vegetables. You have to stand in line even for an omelet for breakfast.

The most disgusting thing in all this is the Service, which is absent in principle, starting from the general manager Ahmet at the reception and ending with the hotel staff - the suitcase porter Ali, the bartender Mukhamed, just Hama and beggars!
Therefore, if you do not want to spoil your vacation - really choose other hotels and you definitely will not spoil your mood and impressions of your stay in this hotel. And another point - theft in rooms and even from safes is also present.
P. s. : in the first 4 days of rest, we wrote 2 complaints about the general manager Abdurahim in order to really influence the whole bacchanalia on the part of the staff of this hotel!
