Went here with a friend recently from 8 to 15 June 2014.
About the location: We were given a room at check-in in building 7/14 - these are terrible rooms with ants, mold in the shower and hair in the bed and a view of the wall. There is no repair, on the first floors instead of a balcony there is an alcove with a window. Neighboring buildings 7/13.7/15.7/16 are just as broken. The next day, we were moved to building 7/5 - heaven and earth - renovation, new furniture, cleanliness, our own chamber pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Balcony and ground floor. Neighboring buildings 7/6.7/4.7/3 are also very good. The sea and the grill bar are within easy reach, but the main breakfast restaurant is far away. Well, yes, we only had breakfast there, and had lunch and dinner at the grill bar. The advantage was also the fact that the buildings are not far from the discos by the pool, but at the same time block the direct crash into the windows.
Sun loungers on the main beach are occupied in advance, at 6 am the first two lines are already packed to capacity, but on lines 4-5 you can still take good places by 7-7.30. The same goes for Relax Beach.

About food: Excellent food and good service. There is food for every taste and age, eggs of all kinds, sausages, pancakes, sandwiches, yogurts, pastries, salads, fruits, coffee, tea, cocoa, milk and cereals, all kinds of drinks - and this is just breakfast. Lunch is even more varied - it can not be described in words, you have to try. Most of all I liked the fish in foil - it's divine. But also kebabs, chicken, quails, boiled meat for dieters, vegetables, cheeses, etc. - it was all delicious and never finished. In early June, watermelons, peaches and melons are served here, in addition to oranges and apples. Mango was told to wait only at the end of June. Men in shorts and breeches are not allowed into the main restaurant, but girls can come in a pareo. you can drink fresh juices - they are for money, they write to the number, you pay when you return the number. There is also a grill bar nearby - men can wear shorts there too - the food is less varied, but no less tasty, and most importantly, it is blown by the breeze and the sea view is amazing
It’s better not to go to a la carte restaurants - you’ll get hurt at least - we were in a French restaurant. So the seafood salad contained finely chopped peppers, onions, cucumbers and a couple of pieces of musty fish. The divine French onion soup is, in their opinion, a brown slurry in a bowl with large onion flakes and tastes like fat drained from meat during frying. The marbled beef steak was not cut at all, and after I nevertheless cut off a piece, it was not chewed in principle and it tasted absolutely nothing. They left hungry after drinking a glass of wine. in an Italian restaurant a similar picture - the neighbors complained. I can't say anything about Chinese. Take a chance.
Drinks are free everywhere, water in coolers, stands at every beach bar and by the pool. We did not drink alcohol, but we heard reviews that they dilute beer. Wine tasted white - so-so.
About entertainment: For every taste and age. Animators do not let you get bored - dancing by the sea, bocha, aqua aerobics, yoga, water polo, volleyball 2 times a day. Shows are arranged for children and adults, there is a disco - it is from 11.30 and every day. There are discos at beach bars, there is an open-air cinema in Russian - you sit on a pillow and watch. The hookah bar is very cozy, there is a petting zoo and a children's beauty salon. Everything is free.
The pontoons are short and comfortable - the reef is fabulous, the fish are bold, swim up and ask for food. We did not feed, but we saw how others did it, although the guides warn that it is impossible.
There is a banana - for 10 bucks, there is a double parachute for 30 bucks, scuba diving and other sea joys.
I took a course of massages at the spa. Each includes a sauna, hammam, swimming pool, first time foam massage and scrubbing with a mitt. Then they massage you from head to toe with oils, make masks, eat garra rufa fish. After such procedures, the tan lies down as nice and even. I gave 250 bucks for the course, but you can bargain.

You can take a photo session - for 10 successful shots they ask for 30 bucks. I picked 20 for half a cent.
For those who are interested, I can tell you how to move from a terrible room for FREE to a good one without making a scandal. You need to calmly write a claim addressed to the general manager of the hotel, Said Mehdi, where to indicate all claims, describe the conditions in which you were accommodated, photograph and videotape all the shortcomings and living creatures that interfere with life. In the application, indicate the presence of photos and videos. Ask the manager responsible at that time to sign a claim with confirmation that these conditions, in his opinion, correspond to a standard room in a 5-star hotel. Usually on this they give up and offer to change the room for a fee. DON'T AGREE, demand free relocation. Say that you are photographing this signed claim, sending it to the seller right now by mail, drawing up documents for a refund together with the seller. In short, we were moved the next day after 12, as the departing departed.
