I also want to write a review about this hotel, although I rested there almost a year ago (January 2010). Of course, as they say, you can find 100 flaws in a naked soldier, but still we will be objective. The hotel is very decent. In Egypt, we are not the first time (before that we were in Hurghada Desert Rose Hotel), so there is something to compare. Of course, the downside of the hotel are the rooms. We (although before that we put 20 USD in our passport) the number was normal, everything worked and showed. Simple but okay. Considering that it does not belong to expensive hotels, then in general it is a class. The combination of price and quality is the best in my opinion. On our first day there was a thunderstorm at night!! ! (for the first time in the last 15 years, you may remember it was shown on all channels). There was even water in the room (2nd floor!!! ), but at 8 in the morning a boy came running to us and, with a bow to the ground, began to clean everything up. EVEN THE PATHWAYS ON THE STREET WAS WASHED WITH MOPS, removing excess water. But here our tourists "halted with claims" to the tour operator for such a force majeure began to yell they say return the money for such inconvenience. But wait, if you came to Crimea and it started to rain, who would you go to and what claims would you make? . I witnessed a situation when our tourist approached the bartender and demanded ice cream, he explained to him in English that they say I can’t even scoop it up, come PLEASE in 10 minutes, or tell me where to take it to you. But no, our soul does not understand the word PLEASE. . . And let's call this boy. . . Like, I'm so cool. . . Yes, I came from such a developed country. . . Yes, you smelly Arab. . . Etc. Or, for example, our roommates were indignant that they didn’t give dumplings for dinner. Do you know that in order to work (cut) pork, you need to get permission from the imam. Therefore, I believe we create our own rest. Who is going for what. If you went there to show that I’m so cool and I can swing the rights and everything is wrong with you, then you need to go to the Crimea and plunge into the distant Soviet Union with cereals 3 times a day and dirty beaches, then you will appreciate and understand how far we are from them. I was in Truskavets, so there is water (COLD) according to the schedule from 8-10 in the morning and 18-20 in the evening, and in their desert, where there is only sand and water worth its weight in gold, everything is poured, such hotels are created, and you can wash yourself at any time. I came to the reception (Crystal Hotel, Truskavets) with the fact that it was cold outside - 10 and I didn’t have heating in my room (and I was with a small child 1 year and 2 months old) I was told that there was something in the battery, but we can’t change you because you have a LUX, and all the suites are occupied. Here. . . So gentlemen, tourists, let's enjoy the beautiful sea, the thought that you are resting now, and your friends are at work, that it is warm here, and we have frost. . . Have a great holiday
