One crawled into my suitcase. They did not respond to our requests to kill them. Then we changed the room through the room manager. But the air conditioner did not work in the new room, its minimum was 35 degrees, that is, just like on the street, and the shower was rusty, and was one trickle. Requests to fix the air conditioner were only answered after 3 days and 3 nights, before that we woke up in a sweat. Although we regularly went to the reception.
Some people from the service staff behave vulgarly and are rude.
