I recommend it, but there are a few drawbacks:
- a hotel at a decent distance from city entertainment, shops...
- smoking is everywhere, you can’t hide from smokers, neither at RELAX nor at the LOBBY BAR (children are nearby), this is a minus for all Egyptian hotels
- lack of a train or transportation around the hotel (the hotel is rather big and everything is uphill or down), people with sore legs or hypertension are a problem
- Wifi is very weak, the lack of it on the RELAX beach (general manager promised to solve this problem)
- flies on the beach and by the pools - management fights with smoke screens
- very decrepit furniture in most buildings
- drunken Russians with a bottle in restaurants - swearing, obscenities (children nearby).
PROS
- the hotel is managed by a Turkish team led by a very educated manager Mr. Yuksel
- without exception, all heated pools (+27+29) the worker took the temperature himself in the morning
- entrance to the sea both from the sand shore and from the piers

- they drank local alcohol in moderation - the usual Egyptian quality, no worse, no better than in other hotels (9 times in Egypt - there were no poisonings)
- SUPER food - Turkish CHEF, just well done, he has a separate respect
- sushi, ice cream, different fruits - everything is available, in sufficient quantity
- ALIA CART restaurants punched through everything (there was an opportunity) everything is OK, well done
Conclusion: the hotel has a real 4 but not 5 (like SAVOY, CONCORD…). This is the first hotel that I might visit again.
For those who do not know English, and I have practically none of them, HERE, everything and everything in Russian, is not interesting. There is still a lot of interesting things in the world - unknown and you don’t want to return to where your foot has stepped, even if it was very cool. Smile and you will be answered the same.
