Moreover, there was no time to choose a hotel, the price was relatively normal (about $800 for 9 nights, all inclusive).
We arrived at the hotel around 9 am. Nobody offered to go to breakfast, they didn’t wear bracelets. For early check-in, they can extort from $ 15 to $ 50, but we usually take beach accessories in hand luggage and go to the pool. The snack declared on the hotel page was also not there, and they asked for $ 2 for a handful of french fries at the bar.

The hotel is filled with a maximum of 30%. At the same time, as it turned out later, from a young couple who flew in for the first time, they took an additional $ 20 for a view from the window to the pool. In a hotel where ALL standard rooms have pool view.
The tour was from ANEX Tour. The bus was given a prospectus, indicated the time of meeting with the guide the next morning. The guide did not come at the appointed time. As a result, the guide was seen by chance, after a couple of days.

This is the first time I’ve seen this in 9 years of travel. Hot water for 10 days was almost always in the morning, never in the afternoon and a couple of times in the evening. Also "comfortable". Cleaning - for 4-ku.
Swimming pool and bar (both singular). Not heated, although it says "heated". Sunbeds and umbrellas - just junk. In the morning the beds are dirty, no one wipes. Washed towels, it's time to renew, a little more than a meter in length. It's the first time I've seen these as well.

Beer, gin tonic and soft drinks are free from 10:00 to 23:00. By noon, the tonic is gone. Not only is beer poured into disposable plastic glasses of 200 grams each (which are then washed, as well as in the dining room), of which half a glass of foam, so if you two go to the bar at once and each orders 2 beers, then the bartender says “ your husband has already taken it. ” This is despite the fact that everything is included... The bar has about 8 tables, but there are only enough chairs for 4 tables.
There is not enough staff, the bartender can give out towels, be a waiter in the dining room and vice versa. The animation just isn't there. None from the word. The music is playing loud and not good quality. Repertoire - 10-15 hackneyed compositions.
Dining room. It's a dining room, you can't call it a restaurant. Constantly at the beginning of breakfast (lunch, dinner) there are queues of 20 people, as soon as they open - everyone is bursting, again there is a line for distribution. There are not enough places and people stand in line for food or wait until the tables are free. This is when the hotel is not even half loaded. Chefs give out and serve very slowly. There are no trays, and if you came alone to eat, then you took a plate, carried it to the table and again to the end of the line. The hotel staff eats with you at the same time. The tables are swaying and sticky either from old age or from dirt. They clear the tables, just brushing everything on the floor.
On nutrition - 10 days is the same. Breakfast - scrambled eggs, pancakes, stewed black beans, cereal with milk. Lunch - one soup, fish, chicken, beef. Dinner is what is left of breakfast and lunch. Side dishes - no potatoes, rice, steamed vegetables and pasta. Vegetables – tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, pickles and red cabbage. A couple of salads. Feta cheese, hard cheese and sausage, if you can call it sausage. Fruits - unripe melon, dates, oranges and tangerines. Sweets - in appearance there is a little variety, but all taste the same. Instant coffee, tea, UPI. That's all there was for the rest of the holiday. Yes, you can also ask the waiter for a glass of wine for dinner. Nirazu nothing on the grill, I generally keep quiet about seafood.

And now about the beaches. The hotel is FAKE that it has a free coral beach. All photos of the beautiful sea on the hotel page are the paid Jaz Phanar beach. But in fact, it’s free - this is Rocky’s “beach” - 120 steps down, broken sunbeds and rusty umbrellas, no lifeguard, shower and toilet. Where do you think they go to the toilet? There is no bar, of course. A pitiful patch in the very corner with a rubbish heap behind the stones. 6 meters from the water's edge to the overhanging rocks. Places for the entire hotel along 15 meters, sunbeds (about 20) in 2.5 rows (half of the third row is already in the water) and back to back, 5-6 people are consistently sunbathing, standing by the sea, as there are not enough free places. Well, or on mats, right on the stones. You can see it on the photo. Massage therapists rule this “beach”, if you enter the territory of another hotel, they sell sunbeds for $ 3. THIS IS NOT A BEACH, BUT A PIECE OF SHORE, which not only does not correspond to any norms and concepts, but is also DANGEROUS because of the boulders hanging over it, which can fall on your head at any moment. At the bottom there are many sea urchins, which are constantly stepped on by someone. 1.9 km from the hotel, 4 minutes by bus or 25-30 minutes walk, bus to the beach at 09:00.13:00.15:00. Return to the hotel at 13:15.15:15.16:30. Buses run in such a way that you may not have time for lunch, so either take a taxi or eat at your own expense. To get a sunbed - after breakfast, definitely go by taxi, before the bus.
Sandy beach - Hala Beach, 2.2 km from the hotel, bus there at 09:30.13:30. Back at 13:45.16:00. It looks like a beach of the Sea of ​ ​ Azov - the water is muddy, there is garbage and jellyfish, there are no fish, no corals. A bunch of locals who are noisy all day. There are more sun loungers and umbrellas than on coral, but it is small, dirty, blown, dead, and smelly water from the constant boats and submersibles. Not far from it is a wild beach. It's beautiful, there are reefs. But you need 15 minutes to walk in the heat in the mountains.
But for an additional fee you can get better conditions. The hotel reception sells tickets to El Fanar Beach for $4. For $ 3 at the reception or $ 6 on the spot, you can buy a ticket to the nearby Farsha beach. The bars there are paid, the prices are high.
If you count: 2 people for 10 days for 6-8 $ - you get 60-80 $. Plus the cost of a taxi. So maybe it makes sense to pay this money and buy a tour to another hotel? Everyone decides for himself.
From the hotel the bus to the airport picks up in 4-5 hours. Lunch boxes are not offered on the road, which also indicates the attitude of the hotel administration towards its guests.
