Разочарование Disappointment

Hello everyone who will read this review. Rested with family in July 2009 and were very disappointed. The hotel does not look as colorful as they say about it: the territory is neglected, there is little greenery, there is no tennis court and no playground ! ! In their place, just a littered garbage dump. The pool is cleaned every 2 days (from fallen leaves). Room with old furniture, drips on the ceiling in the bathroom. I saw cleaning 1 time in 11 days !! ! But at the same time, no one cleaned the balcony and the ashtray was not cleaned even once ! ! 4 days, and out of 3 baths and 3 small ones, only 2 baths remained. Again she swore to bring the rest. The cleaning manager explained: *problem with the washing machine*. A call to the guide from the reception is paid. The staff almost does not speak Russian, not very friendly, but not ragged either. A mango was stolen from our bar, but then the hotel manager brought us 1 kg. But the very fact of the theft is obvious, packs of cigarettes were stolen from neighbor girls, since we kept our valuables in a suitcase under lock and key. The pool bars did not work - they were hot, and when people insisted, the drinks were warm (imagine warm beer) - the refrigerator broke. By the way, the wine in the hotel is PAYABLE, even a local spill! Why there are no complaints about this restaurant. The food is normal, they give meat all the time, there are few fruits (well, 3 * after all), there are not a lot of sweets either, but the staff tries to please everyone for which they received tips, there were no problems with the dishes. We had dinner several times by the pool, the animation was 3 times, there are no discos. The beach is good for children, the entrance is sandy, there are no corals and fish, of course there are no hedgehogs either. A 10-minute walk from the hotel there is a paid beach ($ 5), there are a lot of corals and fish. Finally, I want to say that last year my husband and I also rested in Sharm and also in 3 * (Luna Sharm is located very close to this hotel) and if Luna is 3 *, then I would put 1 * to this hotel. It is a pity that for normal money we got into such a hole.
