I visited the advertised hotel in mid-August.
To say that the holiday was ruined is an understatement.
everything is in order.

Our check-in was at night. when placing my friend was left without a number, the boy at the reception said "there are no rooms and that's it" not bad for a start (vouchers and the hotel were booked a month in advance, I'm 100% sure I've been flying with them for 12 years). We spent the night together in a double room. in the morning when I opened the curtains of the room, I went crazy, in front of my windows there is a full-scale construction in front of the windows of the room there is a trailer and next to it a Bedouin is washing from a bottle, there is a layer of dust cm2 on the balcony and somewhere every 15 minutes a KAMAZ passes by the windows. my shock is indescribable. I went to the reception and said so, they say, and so, firstly, I need another room and secondly, I need to change my room, since I paid for the room no less than everyone else and I don’t want to watch the construction site for the whole rest.
to which I was told that one room for a friend is already ready, and he can move into it. but I won’t be able to change my number, since there are no free rooms. after an hour of conversation and a promise to post all the photos and videos taken from the window of my room on the Internet, they suddenly had a free room with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. I moved there. but the story didn't end there.

as it turned out, "all inclusive" in Egypt is not the same as everywhere else
we could only eat at 2 restaurants for breakfast, 2 for lunch and 3 for dinner. one of the breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurants was "Coral" which would have looked like a decent one BUT when at lunch I saw a cockroach crawling on bread I went crazy (sorry for the non-standard) I rushed to one of the staff pulling his hand, poking my finger on a cockroach. And what do you think he did.
he simply crushed the cockroach on the roll, after which he shook off its remnants from it and put the roll back. ugh, I was shocked.
another incident at the El sultan restaurant where we could have breakfast and dinner. for dinner, fragments were found in the cutlet. showed them to the waiter, who made round eyes and called the administrator, who almost told us in the eyes that we ourselves put the fragment there and now we want to demand something from them. in a word, nightmare.

The only restaurant I can say thank you to is the Moroccan restaurant. Everything is very clean and the service is excellent. all other restaurants in the hotel are for money and your all inclusive they don't care there.

more about pools and beaches. if you live in the sultan, you can only swim in the pool at the 56th building and at the sea only on the pontoon, which is reserved for the sultan. floating pools, a salt lake, and all other "baths" you will be tactfully asked to leave when they notice your bracelet. (by the way, they didn’t even let us go to the salt lake

Summing up all that has been said, I also want to note Domina is an Italian hotel and there the Italians are treated well, I have never seen that they book tables separately, the waiters spin around them like flies. And all the other tourists are Russian Englishmen and others like them, it's just dirt from under their nails.

and also Domina a network of 5 star hotels BUT 5 stars there only in King's lake and Prestige all the rest is Sultan aquamarine and oasis 3 stars, and none of the staff there hides this. and our tour operators, be it not okay, they give out everything for 5 stars. so my dear tourists, if you suddenly decide to go there, then take Prestige or Kings Lake. everything else is crap and not worth the money they ask for.
