Rested in this hotel from 17.11 to 29.11. 2012 with a family of 3 people. This is not the first time in Egypt, before that we rested in the 4-star Tropicana Oasis. At this time, about five or six families were already arguing about The problem was that everyone arrived in Domina Sultan and booked buildings 51.47 (these are the first buildings from the sea), but there were no free rooms for all the families who arrived, and everyone was settled in 56 (this is on the mountain) But the money was paid at the rate of buildings by the sea, and this was more expensive than buildings on the mountain. The manager who arrived signed a guarantee with all of us that the next day everyone would be settled in those buildings that were booked, but now they have no free rooms. We were taken to our room at 5:00 pm. Thus, we lost half a day on the day of arrival and half a day the next day, because in the morning of the next day we met with a guide, and already from 12.00 we were waiting for relocation, for example, we were relocated at 14.00, then in the end we lost a whole day of rest.

Why is it good, maybe we are not lucky, but during the rest the doors were blocked three times and we had to go wet to the reception and unlock the key. Also, taf-tafs are supposed to run around the clock at the hotel, but we returned from an excursion from Cairo at 3 am, after waiting for taf-tafs, we walked 20 minutes to our building on foot (after a 7-hour bus ride, we were lucky again, on that the day troubles began in Cairo and therefore the journey took so long).
The sea is beautiful, which is the most important thing, though there is very little space to swim (on the Sultana beach), it is fenced with buoys and the staff is always watching with a whistle, after the incident with sharks, when a shark bit a woman on this beach in 2010.
