We returned from the hotel almost a month ago and only now writing a review. We flew to Egypt for the second time, before that we rested at the Dreams Beach Hotel, also in Sharm. This time I really liked the hotel, as well as the last one, but the hotel has a lot of shortcomings that we would like to warn about.
We were a family with two children 10 and 15 years old. Arrived at lunch time, seated immediately. We booked 2 adjoining rooms, and settled. The rooms are just terrible. On the first floor, a lot of ants, a huge cockroach was sitting on the floor in the shower. The furniture is dead, very old, the bed linen is washed, but with red spots. Perhaps someone will say that the hotel is in the lowest price category in the Domina complex, and in general the tour had a very attractive price tag, but cleanliness, at least elementary, is a must. We called the reception, they sent a pest control to us, sprinkled the floor with some kind of muck, the smell of which we inhaled all night. The insects didn't reappear, really. But linen and towels were white and red.
The territory of the hotel is huge, it is conditionally divided into 5 or 6 hotels, you can walk everywhere, but you can only use certain bars and pools. Same story with the beach. In fact, this is absolutely not annoying, since there is enough space for everyone. During our stay it was already quite hot, but we still explored the hotel in the evenings. The road to the main restaurant took 5 minutes, to the beach - 10. Distances are easily transferred. From the main reception building (Oasis and Aquamarine) you can go down by elevator. In order to figure it out, they give out a card, and a couple of days are still needed to assimilate the material. Meeting with a guide at the hotel is a necessary thing, as he will help you get used to it easier, answer questions.

The food in the restaurant was quite normal, again referring to the cost of the tour. Tourists from the neighboring hotel Aquamarine praised the oriental restaurant. The main thing was plenty of food, and although we tried not to overeat, we still suffered from indigestion. The food was quite heavy for us, I guess. It is not clear who is outraged that there is little food. For breakfast, a complete set: scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, very tasty pastries, cereal. For lunch, two types of soups, meat and chicken often fish (fried fillets), potatoes in various forms: from fried fries to English meat pie, steamed rice, pasta from the chef, fresh vegetables for salads (sometimes not quite fresh) and ready-made salads, cakes and pastries. For dinner, sorry, not every day, at the entrance to the restaurant a grandiose barbecue, or oriental cuisine. Dinners were often themed. Drinks, of course, not very good, tea and coffee only from bags, powdered drinks, diluted cola. We don't drink alcohol, so we can't talk about it. In other bars, for an additional fee, you could drink Turkish coffee or espresso - very decent quality.
The beach is very large, the largest in Sharm. We could use the main part of it in the center. The best place to enter the water is the main pontoon with two pools. It is interesting to swim in both directions from the pontoon, the underwater world is fabulous, small fish, a stingray at a depth, a couple of moray eels, a lionfish, needle fish... you can’t remember everyone. Tourists, as usual, feed the fish, although this is strictly forbidden, like some kind of disease. Sad. Very comfortable sun loungers, especially white portable ones, it is very comfortable to lie on them halfway in the water.
Animation entertains the whole day, a lot of dance and sports activities, games. In the evenings, there are also interesting performances. Disco paid, 10 dollars. But we are not lovers, and children. In the evenings, we didn’t leave the hotel, as we were tired after swimming, and inside the hotel you can choose different places to sit and relax. Inside the hotel, everything you need can be bought in shops located on the descent from the main reception to the Coral restaurant. Plus the hotel has wireless internet throughout. The signal quality is very weak, but contacting relatives via viber by correspondence is already a great happiness. In addition, this is how we contacted the local agency to go to Israel for 1 day. I would like to have 2, but finances this time were limited. We booked a tour with Redsey Travel. They took away from the main barrier, like other non-tour operators. We were traveling with 5 other people from the hotel. The tour is exhausting, but very interesting.
In conclusion, I note that the hotel itself is good, but we were very embarrassed by insects and stains on linen and towels, no housekeeping (not mentioned above), indigestion. Perhaps next time we will choose another hotel from the Domina complex.
