Unsanitary conditions, torn pillowcases and a $100 hotel gift

I'll start with the arrival ...we arrived at 20.30 in Sharm, tour operator anextour. Immediately after landing, they did not let us out and we sat for 10 minutes in the cabin of a stuffy plane.

After we were greeted by hospitable kilometer queues at the window for the "form" of registration (by the way, in order not to stand - pay $ 17). We did not have a pen, like most tourists. Therefore, I had to run for another 20 minutes in search (the pen was sold by Egyptian guys in the same window with forms for $ 5).

We found a pen and went for things (after the border and check).

We (7 people) were put in a very small smelly bus and taken to the hotel.

We arrived at 9 o'clock to check in, asked for a better room. We were issued, given the keys and sent to the room. Dinner (dry rations at least) was not offered, they asked for it themselves - they got a bunch of bread.

ROOM

We entered the room tired, a very UNPLEASANT SMELL of “old age of the soviet headset” immediately got into the nose. The view was beautiful.
But the room and furniture are terrible.

In the morning they found that everything was shabby. By the way, I’ll say right away that we paid $960 for two… My friends went for $300 per person a week earlier, their room was much better.

We decided that we will tolerate, the view is beautiful. And it was not known what was in the other rooms.

FOOD
Having interrupted without supper … went to sleep. Woke up early in the morning. The view from the room was really great. On the way to the "dining room" (I would not call a restaurant), we passed a market where every Egyptian wanted to sell something. Which immediately became unpleasant.

Breakfast selection is modest. We ate only eggs and bakery, as I was VERY POISONED. More on that below.

For lunch there is meat, fish, cereals. Part of the food is of an incomprehensible type and origin. There are salads. I ate them for the first 2 days. Half the food looks disgusting. Dinner is similar to lunch.

From the second day, my stomach began to hurt. On the third day, I did not sleep all night ...I think it is not necessary to describe here why.
The whole next day was bad. We bought local tablets (our coals and enterosgels did not help), I stopped eating salads, fruits, and it became easier.

BEACH AND SEA
Very big beautiful beach. BUT! Hedgehogs lay in the sand on the beach. Towels are normal, deck chairs trimmed with birds. One entrance from the beach and 2 from the pontoon. The one from the beach - 4 meters wide, a lot of people ...and slopes a little further from the coast, which are easy to step on.

BAR
The choice is small, all of their own production, but this is understandable.

RESTAURANTS
We ordered pizza with salmon and shrimp from Ali Baba (part of the Domina network). It came out $30, pizza-bread and 4 shrimp. I’ll add a photo (yes, we ate pizza - because we didn’t go for lunch and were hungry, the shrimp went into the trash, they tasted terrible - as if they were spoiled).

ROOM CLEANING

This is a separate issue ...Pillowcases do not change (recorded a video of cleaning), SHEETS with someone else's remnants, they do not wipe the dust, The bed is covered every other time.
But they will definitely ask “is everything okay” in order to get a dollar. By the way, for 3 days we gave a dollar in the hope of a normal cleaning, but it never happened (although the hotel was half empty).

NADURILOV
I advise you to go to the city only if you have very strong nerves. But if you do not go, be careful in the hotel. Here, too, three skins will be torn off in one fell swoop just like that. The prices in the supermarket are more expensive than the prices in our restaurant. Prices in restaurants for comparison: 30 grams of bayliss - $5. Prices for excursions from the operator x3.

We were blatantly charged $86 for a service we didn't even use. Namely, dinner in the desert. Not far from the pool, the animator gave a voucher, we took it and went to ask the reception what kind of performance it was. We were briefly told by the Egyptian, he said the exact price and we said that we would go - we went home. On the day of departure, they came to pay at the reception for a bar and pizza. We are told that there is also dinner in the desert. Naturally, we refused to pay, because we were not on it.
Then the CIRCUS began. And we were not allowed on the bus that came to the airport for tourists. Departure of the entire bus was delayed. They demanded money, they said that there was no money - they offered to leave a phone or other valuable thing. After an hour of showdown, we were FORCED TO PAY for a service that we did not use $86.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Hams are rare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here.

SEPARATE ODE to anex tour operator in Egypt in our hotel. At first, I took excursions 3 times more expensive than the regular price and was so worried that they would not go on an excursion with someone else, "otherwise it is illegal. " But while we were trying to figure out the situation with the dinner hanging on us, he tucked his tail and said “I won’t help here, you need to decide with the hotel. ” Although we offered to resolve the issue in Ukraine through a request to our Ukrainian tour operator. I don't know if it's possible...but logically, it should be real.
