Very close to the airport, so from the hotel you can always see how the plane is landing (through binoculars you can see from which country).
It is also very close to the center here, but we did not go out, as the hotel has its own market, and the goods are the same everywhere. And we bought some of the souvenirs in Dehab (we were brought there after visiting the monastery of St. Catherine + the Grand Canyon - we booked a trip at the info point).

The territory of Domina is the largest in Sharm El Sheikh, it is a mini-town with its own districts and bus routes. We were settled in building 58, and when we were brought to Taf-Taf, it seemed to us that it was far away. But on foot you can get to the center (where the Coral restaurant, Mosaic cafe, swimming pool, central beach, bazaar, etc. are concentrated) in five minutes! Everywhere palm trees, flower bushes, exotic trees. Those who live in the Oasis can use the central pool, and the beach with a central pontoon. For Harem, Prestige and other more expensive hotels, there are several more pools, Salt Lake, and two small pontoons. But this was enough for us, all the more, the only difference is that there are more people on the central pool and the beach. Probably, buying places in Harem, Sultan and King is profitable only when the hotel is full - then they can not be afraid that they will not get sun loungers and towels. We rested during the recession of the influx of tourists (late January - early February), and always found a place whenever we came.

The air conditioner did not work in the parents' room, they opened the door to the balcony. There were big ants in our bathroom - at first we were afraid of them, but then we got used to them and fell in love : ) TV - an evening joy: before dinner and before going to bed we watched some movie in English. There are Italian, English, Arabic and Russian channels as well as the hotel channel.

In general, I have never met such goodwill and so many smiles anywhere. All hotel workers: cleaners, cooks, waiters, caretakers, towel dispensers, drivers and of course sellers - greeted and smiled. They were especially happy when they were told "Sabak / Masa elkher! " (Good morning/evening). In Russian, everyone knows the basic words, i. e. "Good afternoon! ", "What's your name? ", "Where are you from? " and thanks". Everyone speaks English and Russian to varying degrees, so you can understand each other.
At the restaurant, we made friends with several chefs and waiters, which was not very difficult, since they are all young and very friendly. All you have to do is smile!
Food (Good)
We had one Coral restaurant in the morning and in the evening and it was ideal: we had a hearty breakfast in the morning and did not want to eat until dinner. The cuisine is international, but there is an Italian section with spaghetti and a spicy chili dish for dinner. Many people don’t like the monotony of Coral’s cuisine, but it’s all from greed: they fill their plate with ten breakfasts at once: scrambled eggs, sausages, cottage cheese, milk muesli and cakes, and then they get bored! In fact, if you change what to eat every day - porridge or scrambled eggs - then nothing gets boring. And for dinner every day there is a signature dish - it is not repeated. Although I had enough chicken, as it was always cooked deliciously and in different ways. Garnish can be changed. And white and red wine for dinner : )
The fruits were always the same: oranges, dates, tangerines and bananas. Oranges are the most delicious in the world!
Sports (Good)
The gym was in the spa - paid. For residents of the Oasis, there was one discount ticket for one day: for 10 euros it was fashionable to use the gym, jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The experience is pleasant and useful : ) The simulators are all good and the coach is good (named Aladin : )): he showed us everything and helped. Every day there are volleyball and football matches on the beach. I can't play, I didn't participate. Tennis is by the pool, also did not play. Billiards is in one of the bars.
Diving is available - 50 euros. We just swam with a mask, and dad even dived, which puzzled the scuba diver - they pulled on so much equipment and paid to swim under supervision, and he swam freely without all this!
There is also a water (paid) service: you fly with a parachute tied to a boat (I don’t know what it’s called). Probably worth a try if you don't mind the money!

There is not much splashing near the shore, so for those who cannot swim, it is better to splash in the pool. The sea is clean and healthy: if water gets into your nose or mouth, it will only benefit you! The fish swim right next to the shore, so those who do not have a mask will still see them. As I already wrote, at the time when we were relaxing, the beach was full of free sunbeds under umbrellas. By the way, the beach is cleaned every day and therefore remains well-groomed. Special cleaners wash sun loungers, remove garbage, smooth the sand, clear the shore from stones, and so on. It's very nice, otherwise if our compatriots are used to shitting and not cleaning up after themselves on the beach.
Animation, entertainment (Excellent)
I'm giving it a 5 for the animation. And to be more precise - to the best animators Valid, Flavio and Esmeralda! If not for them, I would not go to aerobics or evening shows. Walid (Arab) led aerobics and fitness in the central pool, and Esmeralda (Italian) - on the beach. Flavio (Italian) led dances for children. Our Russian animators were also normal, but without the crazy energy that this trinity had. These three could easily involve everyone in their activities. Reading the reviews of other tourists, I was convinced that they were of the same opinion. Evening shows were not the best level, especially the musicals in the Arena. But everything that happened in the Amphitheater (another venue) was acceptable, and at least funny (albeit vulgar). I think the quality of entertainment shows is not the best due to the fact that all this is repeated every week and the performers themselves have already become fed up. I will add that the only ones who gave their all every day, as for the first time, were the aforementioned Walid, Flavio and Esmeralda. Thank them very much!
