Stayed for Christmas with my wife and son. Second time in Egypt. I was ready for anything, given the specifics of the country, but surprisingly lucky. I liked absolutely everything in the hotel, from the cleanliness of the rooms and the dining room and the attitude of the staff, to the huge territory and the beach (there was where to walk) and amazing views. Now more. Arrived in the evening, from the tour operator Tez tour. Check-in: in a couple of minutes without any problems and bribes. The room was fully prepared by the time of arrival, including an extra bed (folding sofa-chair). We lived in building 33 next to the reception, room 33-2-47 (on the 3rd floor) with an amazing side view of the sea. Spacious, clean, bright, looks like it's been refurbished, furniture and tv are somewhat outdated, but everything works. Every day wet cleaning with a daily change of towels, I did not pay attention to the change of bed linen. Cleanliness is perfect for Egypt. The neighbors were Italians. I will not repeat previous reviews, I will only say that many shortcomings have been eliminated. For example, Wi-Fi is now available almost throughout the hotel, free of charge, drinking water is brought daily 2 bottles of 1.5 liters directly to the room (we had enough). The dining room (Koral restaurant) is very clean, it was recently renovated, tables, crumbs on the floor, etc. are cleaned instantly, the dishes are clean. The food is standard for Egypt, a lot of beef, salads, every day they make an omelette, pasta, grilled in the evening (meat, grilled cutlets, chicken, crabs). Delicious pastries and cakes. Fruits - melon, orange, apples, pamela, guava. The coffee from the coffee machine is great. Everything is absolutely fresh and well cooked, we were always full. Of the minuses - for breakfast every day the same thing. In the hotel itself, vacationers are 50 to 50 Italians and ours, the audience is all very decent. There were no locals. Beach: huge, less than half full, there are always sun loungers. Very beautiful marine fauna, cool reef, never seen so many amazing corals and fish. It is better to swim not from the main pontoon, but from a cleared passage among the corals, where the fish swim right up to the feet of the shore. Water is the clearest. I liked the festive illumination on the territory (at night everything was lit up, garlands on palm trees, shops, reception) and live Italian music in the Mosaic cafe in the evening, very romantic. Would like to come back again.
