We want to tell you about our unsuccessful vacation! It started, in principle, not bad, the first day! But after lunch at the Coral restaurant, wonderful things began, namely, severe food poisoning began, with terrible consequences, you know what! Turning to our tour operator Adion Tour for help, we were offered to come to the reception to write a complaint about the restaurant, but there was no way to leave the room! By the evening, when our friend became very ill, she was already sick of blood, and we just started, we tried to call a local doctor, we were told that this service was paid, although we had ROSNO insurance, after which we decided to call ROSNO and at their own expense, they explained to us that everything is fine, they will call us an ambulance! We waited a long time, it got even worse, we decided to go to the reception ourselves! We barely got there, having come to the reception, explaining the situation, suddenly everyone stopped understanding us, saying that they don’t know Russian, but there is a person in the hotel who represents the interests of the hotel and knows all languages, including Russian (she herself Russian), we were scared, as a friend was losing consciousness, and we could not do anything! We approached her, they said that everything was very bad, to which she answered us that she would call security, and not an ambulance, since we are too emotional! And what else should we be in this situation, when you don’t know who will help and what to do and, roughly speaking, everyone is sent to hell! All the same, she called an ambulance for us, they arrived quickly and after 15 minutes, we were at the clinic, where we were very well served, THANKS TO THE DOCTORS, VERY QUALIFIED! By the way, that girl had a badge with the name POLINA! We lay in the room in a serious condition for another 2 days, no one remembered us, calling our tour operator again, asking them to bring us at least water and something to eat, we again heard that they couldn’t help us with anything !! ! We decided to call the reception again, we were connected to a Russian girl who takes care of the guests, after learning about our situation, she helped us all the same, and after five minutes there was everything in the room for our recovery, THANK YOU ANASTASIA KOLOBOVA, a person with a soul and understanding , so if you go, you can safely contact her, she will always help!!! ! AND PLEASE MAKE A HUGE GRATITUDE TO THIS GIRL (ANASTASIA KOLOBOVA), if not for her, no one would have helped us! And so the hotel is very beautiful, the working staff is polite and helpful, not counting the reception and the same POLINA !!!! ! In the end, we didn't even want to leave!
