We rested at the beginning of March 2020. The hotel was chosen for three (2 adults and a child 3 years old). My husband needed good food, I needed a clean room and a beach within walking distance, a warm pool for a child, harmless food and a playground). And the budget was somewhat limited. Arrived at 15:00, settled immediately without a hint of surcharge. The room was given the same as we asked for (clean and quiet with 3 beds) and even better, with a view of the sea (for a small gift in the form of "Evening Kyiv" - they gave it themselves, no one asked). By the way, in the "Oasis" there are many rooms with a sea view, although the sea is far away. The porter took the bag to the room and, upon departure, carried it to the bus (the service is free, but gratitude is accepted with pleasure). Upon check-in, they give a hotel card and explain which restaurants, bars, beaches and pools can be used for free. Everything else is paid, but you can also use it.
1. THE ROOM is large, with wide beds and good new mattresses, the furniture is old, but solid, wooden. The tile in the shower is also old, the bathroom is newer, the plumbing is new. I am a squeamish person and on a trip I took a large package of wet wipes with me in order to wipe everything myself and live in peace. Imagine my surprise when the tables, and bedside tables, and the sink, and the toilet seat were clean. Towels and bedding white.
True, there are no duvet covers, and a blanket (very warm), like a sandwich, is nested between two sheets. No clothes dryer. We took a rope and clothespins, but we managed to pick it up between two chairs on the balcony. And full of mosquitoes, without a fumigator - trouble.

2. THE TERRITORY is huge, but uncomfortable, neglected, somehow restless: there are houses and streets, no recreation areas, no public gardens, not a single bench, not a single sandbox or swing. Buses (taf-tuffs) drive along the streets - 5 routes, they travel often, after 5-7 minutes, they pick up not even at stops. It is not a problem to get to any corner of the hotel complex at any time of the day.
3. FOOD at any of the three restaurants of your choice. The menu is about the same everywhere, and the quality of cooking depends on the chefs. The assortment is excellent and meat (chicken, beef, lamb, quail, turkey), and seafood (pangasius, mackerel, horse mackerel, dorado, tuna, squid, crabs), and vegetables (fresh, stewed, marinated, steamed, grilled, in deep-fried, baked, assorted, salads) and side dishes (pasta, rice, potatoes, couscous, lentils) and fruits (tangerines, oranges, grapefruits, bananas, guava, melon, apples, dates) and desserts and pastries. BUT NOT ALL AT THE SAME TIME, on different days - different dishes. But they didn’t see buckwheat and oatmeal - it’s a joke.
Alcohol - so-so, exactly like juices, tea, coffee. I liked the milk and yogurt.
The main restaurant seemed to us more like a dining room, and we fell in love with Spaisi and El Jardino, especially the last one. It is the most atmospheric in our opinion.
4. The BEACH is large, sandy, there are lagoons for children. The pontoon is wide, one of the pools on the pontoon (1.5 m) is terribly dirty, overgrown with silt.
5. The SEA was cold (for us) 20-21 degrees, and with the wind in general - tin (and the wind is cold, and if it is, that is, even in the bays).
6. POOL is large, clean, warm (especially in the evening) 26-28 degrees. Two lifeguards closely monitor swimmers, especially children. On the beach and near the pool at any time you can get (deliver) towels for free with cards. It is very convenient not to carry them with you to the room.
7. FOR CHILDREN there is a kids club (according to the schedule). There is also a small playground with a slide and swings. But you can ride only during the opening hours of the club. At other times, it is impossible to enter the playground (even with parents) and THE CHILD DOES NOT HAVE WHERE TO PLAY.

8. ANIMATION weak (water aerobics) and very unobtrusive. In the evenings, professional artists perform on the central stage, very high quality. At 23-00 everything is silent.
9. The ATMOSPHERE in the hotel is friendly, the staff is friendly and helpful (many people understand Russian), they respond quickly to requests. Children are treated with respect and love.
In general, the stay at the hotel left pleasant emotions. In the summer, in the heat, it will probably be a little stressful to move around such a territory, and in the spring it’s the MOT.
In conclusion, I want to note "Join-up". We were surprised: everything was on schedule, no delays, no failures (although no, the company representative at the hotel forgot (or scored) to provide information about the flight home. But professionals work at the reception - they sorted everything out and we are at home.
