To say that we are disappointed is to say nothing. The hotel declared as 5 *, actually pulls on a weak 3 *.
Settled in a dirty room with crumbs and stains on the floor; the furniture is tired, tattered, with cracks on the tables; bed linen is gray and everything is in spools; rugs are torn and stained; the refrigerator didn't work. And then in the evening another surprise awaited us - the tank in the bathroom dripped and there was a constant puddle, not only was it unpleasant, it was also dangerous, the floors were tiled.
But the most important thing in this hotel is ABSOLUTELY disregard for the guests! Exactly! And this is considering not the full load of hotels during this covid time.
We contacted the front desk 5 times. And only after the request to contact the manager, they responded to complaints - in the evening of the second day. About how they “allegedly repaired” - they wiped the puddle with our own floor towel... and threw it out the door into the corridor between the rooms (and if we were forced to pay for this towel? ). And the next morning the tank again dripped. They said about the refrigerator - you did not plug it into the outlet. What?? ? The light is burning in it. And by the way, it never worked even after the demonstrative on / off staff.
But that is not all. Out of the 3 days of our stay, the water was turned off 2 times. One day she was absent from 14.00 to 18.00. And the next day, our departure and in the morning we went to the sea and of course I want to take a shower after that. But alas, we were deprived of this. It's good that we are in Sharm, but what if we fly by plane?
The only thing that is good here is the sea, but this is not the merit of the hotel. And by the way, there are some "chips" here. Throughout the hotel and on the beach, there is a particularly clear division into the poor and the rich (members of the Domina club). Usually in other hotels they try to somehow disguise it, but not in Domina. Near the pontoon, on 2 sides, the beach is fenced only for "high society" with other sunbeds, a separate bar (with golden Oscars), an artificial lake with salt water, etc. on the territory.
So after such a rest, the words of Domina are now abusive for me. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
