The animation team consisted mainly of Slavs and Italians, the rest of the staff are Egyptians, most are fluent in Russian, English and Italian. The staff is friendly and courteous.
In my opinion, there were few guests in the hotel complex, the percentage was 20 percent. Until the new year, we saw guests with bracelets from Oasis, Aquamarine, Sultan. The vast majority are from Ukraine. There were Belarusians, Kazakhs and Russians, and there were quite a few noisy Italians.
Egyptians also visited the hotel to celebrate the New Year. Due to coronavirus restrictions, the Egyptian authorities banned the active celebration of the New Year, but the hotel staff delighted all its guests with delicious festive dishes for dinner at the main restaurant, bright concert numbers of the animation team and live vocals on the stage of street cafe Mosaic. New Year's Eve was a success, it was fun and a real holiday. After the new year, the contingent of guests has changed a bit. The majority of Italians left, more Russians and Kazakhs appeared. And in general the number of people increased. Guests with bracelets from the Elizir and Harem hotels began to catch the eye.

You can rent a golf car and ride in the area, which contains many locations for great photos. Every day I arranged a walk through the area before dinner and every day I had new routes and beautiful views. The coastline of the hotel complex is quite wide, about 1.8 km, and the reef is just fabulous! There are 3 pontoons, each of which is different and unique reef. Be sure to take a mask, the impressions are incredible! I was also impressed by the sunbeds on the beach - I had never encountered structures equipped with canopies from the sun. This is brilliant.
Fans of excursions and extreme recreation can choose tours for an additional fee, but do not rush to buy tours at your hotel. The hotel complex has Domina Travel, which can offer more interesting options - the Domina complex has its own yacht and a well-equipped diving center.
