1. Territory.
Very big, I liked it, there is where to walk and it's an understatement. But there are people who are annoyed by this, although on the territory of the hotel there are taf-taf buses around the clock on 5 routes. In general, the territory is well-groomed, everywhere there are flowers, vegetation, clean.
2. Hotel.
It consists of several hotels, in my opinion 5 hotels: Oasis, Aquamarine, Harem, Sultan and Prestige (aka Elisir). I must say right away that even though the hotel positions itself as 5 *, only Elisir corresponds to this. Sultan - solid 4 *, Oasis - 2 * or 3 *, I didn’t know about the rest. In 2008, we arrived at the Oasis, were shocked by the room (everything was somehow shabby, scary, a mini-kitchen in the room, the faces of workers looking into the windows who were still completing something). True, at our insistent request to move us to a room that corresponds to the 5 * that we had ordered, we were moved to the Sultan.
This time we stayed at the Elisir Hotel.

3. Number.
The rooms at Elisir are good, the smell of fresh paint was a little confusing when we entered the room, but it quickly faded. Cleaned every day, sheets and towels changed every day. Very cool bed linen - natural, soft, I liked it so much that I even looked for it in the Arab bazaar, I wanted to buy it home)))))) They gave me water every day - 2 bottles of 0.5 liters each. In addition, there were always fanta, cola, sprite in the refrigerator.
When in 2008 we lived in the Sultan, we were given water only once : ( so now the constant availability of water was a pleasant surprise.
4. Pools.
There is a swimming pool right in front of the building - if you live on the first floor, you can go directly from the balcony to the terrace to the pool, cool. The pool seemed to be only for our building, so there were always sunbeds near it and it was never crowded.
Another Elisir pool was near another building - it was more crowded there, but there were always enough sunbeds too. Interesting design in Buddhist style.
There is also a lake with sea water on the territory, we couldn’t swim in it, but we swam - no one kicked us out and didn’t tell us anything.
5. Beach.
Sand and pebble, in general, you can walk without slippers, unless, of course, it is hot, but it will be hot ; -). The entrance to the sea is through the pantone (this is on the beach for Elisir), but on the main beach of the hotel there is also an entrance cleared of corals, but it is quite narrow and everyone is always swirling there, not very convenient.
6. Sea.
Super! Clean, salty, beautiful, a lot of fish, although I was a little afraid of them and swam further from the corals, there are practically no fish there.
Interesting: it is forbidden to swim after sunset both in the sea and in the pool, this is a little annoying, since our people have an irresistible thirst to swim at night))) We swam in the pool after 22:00, most of the workers leave at this time and no one already following this.
7. Food.

I could always choose something for myself, it cannot be said that there is a big choice, but it all depends on the requests. There were always soups, potatoes, rice, spaghetti, meat, fish, a sweet table and some choice of vegetables and fruits. True, the food is almost the same every day, many get bored, although personally everything suited me. I heard they said that there were poisonings, but it is not clear from food, water, or simply reclimatization. Children of 2-3 years old have almost nothing to eat, but again, who cares. Everything is amateur.
Dry rations were funny, which they give with them on excursions: 2 tiny sandwiches with sausage and cheese, 2 sweet buns + 1 bun with 2 jams, 0.5 l of water and a small juice. I can still get enough of this, but a young healthy man... ))))))) In general, if it weren’t for sausage and sweet crackers brought with me from my homeland, I would definitely starve))))))))
8. Bars.
If you like good alcohol, take it with you - there is a complete trouble with alcohol, even beer looks like soda. But for the unpretentious, everything is super - you can get drunk without leaving the beach)))
9. Excursions.
You can write long and tedious about the peculiarities of Arab culture and the nation as a whole, but this makes no sense, so I will say briefly: everything is somehow underorganized, everything is somehow through one place. It's just that everyone who travels to Egypt needs to understand this and be ready for this, relax and enjoy the "super comfortable" buses and the air conditioner that tumbles into your face, after which "hello herpes! ".
10. Guides.
Almost each of the guides scratched that his wife was Russian / Ukrainian / Kazakh, at the end of the trip everyone was already laughing at this, and one Arab in Naama Bay told us in broken Russian that he was Seryozha from St. Petersburg, we were generally lying around.
If you are taking sea stones with you when leaving home - do not burn, the guide can specifically say that stones, hookah cannot be taken, so that you start asking him and he understands who exactly is carrying. Then the guide comes up to the customs officer and tells him who needs to be cowardly. Both begin to say that you have big problems, etc. , a fine of 1000 dollars, as a result, they agree on 100 dollars. Such a fun way to withdraw money. I personally calmly transported the stones, no one stopped me. I really don't know about corals.

In conclusion, I wish that no unpleasant nuances could spoil your vacation! Relax and try to notice the good and forget the bad! ; )
