Service: no complaints, they settled quickly, they didn’t ask for money, but we gave $ 10, we lived in room 5816 (2nd floor view of the large pool), everything worked, the cleaner was good, even twisted the swans). Batteries ran out once in the safe - everything was done quickly enough and without money. The waiters are also very friendly, especially Valera! )))) Russian is understood by many of the service staff. personnel, English - all. (There are many Russians in the hotel)
Food: they fed well, everything is in order with the bellies) meat, fish every day, there were squids and scallops) vegetables, all kinds of fruits (if suddenly someone was not enough, you can always go to the scourge, there are more varied and more). Ice cream every day for lunch and dinner. Lobby bar around the clock. In between eating snacks (french fries and pizza) you will not be hungry.
It is often written that it is impossible to brush your teeth with tap water, we brushed a couple of times when we forgot to get water (there is no drinking water in the rooms), but everything is fine, and we drank cocktails with ice, and did not wash vegetables and fruits.
Entertainment: animation - cool guys, and in vakeyshine (Yusif, Mido, Nicky, Sarah) and in scourge (Zhenya from Rostov, Bob "Super Friend" and other names I don’t remember) a huge hello to everyone from Ukraine. We tried almost everything: we played football, billiards, big and small tennis, darts, were in the gym, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, EVERYTHING is free. Also in the evening you can go to an animation show and a disco. There are very pretty parrots that eat seeds right out of your hands)
Of the excursions, we were only in the water park - the cleopark in Naama, we didn’t really like it, the water park for children, we were bored there after the Lviv water park. (Admission to the water park $35. A can of cola costs $2.5)
