Apparently there are luxury rooms. I think if they had asked for the first one, they would have gotten to the second one : ) Anyway, we flew in with a positive attitude to rest. The room is worn out, the mirror is chipped, the water almost does not flow out of the washbasin, the flush in the toilet bowl works conditionally, the TV is ancient - but in principle you can live, if you don’t find fault.
In the morning of the next day - meeting with the guide. Extremely poorly organized. Tourists should adapt to the guide, and not vice versa. The guide Alsaid (Elsaid) reacted extremely aggressively to the remark about the time spent, he does not know how to communicate with people at all. As a result - half a day was lost due to the transfer of the flight - half a day was killed for the "necessary" meeting with the guide. In total, from the ordered tour of 8 days 7 nights, we received 5 and a half days and 7 nights. "Thank you" anex. We found two sunbeds in a secluded grotto - we often spent time there. The reef is long, varied, there are a lot of fish. Although there is a strong current - once we swam a long way along the reef - it was hard to return. The only drawback of the beach (not the hotel's fault) is that uncultured boors occupy sunbeds in the morning, put towels there, some rags of their own. We came to the beach at about 9 o'clock and sometimes no one came to the occupied sunbeds until 12 o'clock. The beach is half empty and there are no free sunbeds. There are 3 bars on the beach. In one of them you can have a snack - pancakes are fried. From alcohol, only beer is relatively normal.
Territory. Large, well maintained, clean. Fountains, alpine slides. A car drives around the territory, takes you to the elevator to the beach, and to the reception of the DreamResort hotel (you can use all its infrastructure except the main restaurant). The machine has no schedule, you can wait 20 minutes, or you can go straight to it.
And there is one huge minus - on the territory of the hotel there is JUST NO WHERE TO HIDE FROM RUMBLING MUSIC. Music hammers all day until 22.22-30, the bottoms are twisted to the maximum. Everyone is having fun.

Tea sometimes gave strong bleach, but not often. We had breakfast and dinner at our hotel, dined at the Grill House in the DreamResort. Separately, about the so-called AlaKart. Theoretically, you can visit 4 such restaurants. We were only offered three. GrillHouse, Fish and Mexican. Order food at the time of booking. At the grillhouse, we ordered a barbecue and a chop, they brought us two identical fish. To the question: "How so? " in response, they showed some piece of paper in Arabic: "Here, you ordered fish. " In Mexican - ordered beef and chicken. They brought two beef (by the way, absolutely not tasty and tough). In response to our questions, we hear only "meat, meat. " Sadness in general.
The staff is mostly friendly and smiling. Well, except for the hotel guide, as you already understood : ). Once we were relaxing by the pool, asked the animator to turn down the volume of the music a little. I turned it down without any problems, though for some reason I turned on the chanson : ).
