When you check in, you will be asked 20 bucks for a good room. in principle, the rooms are all good (all with a view of the pool, there is hardly a sea view), but it is better to choose building 56 or 55 and, in our opinion, it is more convenient to take the 2nd floor (two-story buildings). we didn't pay anything. we were given building 58 (the farthest) and when you open the door, then at a distance of 50 meters from the hotel fence there is a trash can of old sun loungers. It does not stink, except for aesthetic dislike. causes nothing. we didn't notice it at all. in the room you will be provided with shower accessories, there is no bathrobe and slippers. beautiful figurines from towels do not twist. rooms are cleaned daily. The room is spacious with all amenities.

A small open bus called Taf-Taf goes to the sea. runs every 5 minutes. the trip will take about 3 minutes on the strength, and if you walk to the sea, then 10 - 15 minutes. in the evening, the same bus takes you to the hotel's Beach restaurant. but the bus does not bring to the beach itself. the fact is that the hotel is located on a hill and you still have to go down the stairs to the beach. but everything is not so scary, there are not so many steps. there are 3 beaches, 3 pontoons. two are in the water and one is above the water. short pontoons. you go down into the water and immediately the depth, if you don’t know how to swim, I don’t advise. although in principle you can walk along the pontoons in the water and fully enjoy the fish and other inhabitants. Be sure to bring your mask and snorkel. without them, swimming will not bring so many impressions. you can buy them not far from the hotel (about 10 minutes walk. do not go to the first store right away) in local stores for $ 12 a set. and slippers for swimming (it’s better to buy them too) for 5 dollars.
food is good. there is always something to eat. a big plus that you can use the bars and restaurants of another hotel. we ate at lunch at a restaurant on the beach or you can have a bite to eat at the bars near the pools. this is in addition to the two main restaurants. of the main restaurants, we liked the hotel's Beach restaurant the most. The choice of food and the interior is better there. our hotel restaurant is good, but this one is a little better. The food is equally delicious everywhere, only the set of dishes is slightly different.
the waiters and service staff are friendly and sociable, you smile and behave normally and you are treated the same way. learn English, you need at least basic knowledge there. or take a phrase book with you. Russian is not known very well and they are very happy when you speak English. as for the fact that foreigners are treated differently, I can say that the best attitude is towards the Arabs who rest there (you yourself understand why), the attitude towards other foreigners is slightly better due to the fact that they give generous tips and behave decently . we did not tip, if we could explain anything in English, we always smiled and the attitude was excellent.
