After reading the reviews here, I didn't know what to think. Some write that everything is really bad, the second that it seems like nothing. I will try to give my independent opinion in hot pursuit:
Hotel location:
15 minutes drive from the airport, we were taken by Corel travel bus. Close to Naama Bay, by prior arrangement, free shuttle buses run from the hotel to and from the hotel every day (about 10-15 minutes).
Check in:
We had a wish / request - a double bed and a quiet place, this was immediately said at the reception. They offered two options - for free somewhere "in the distance" (although it would be closer to the sea, but we found out about this later : )) and for "no matter how much it's a pity" right next to the reception, overlooking the pool. The question is, will it be quiet there? They said - everything is OK, there will be no silence of music, there are no children in the neighborhood. They gave $ 10, asked the rules, or else, he said OK.

As it turned out, the room is located above the Asia restaurant and opposite the Mexicano bar restaurant, where in the evenings the waiter yells very loudly, like a wounded camel (this is a feature of the restaurant, he takes out the dish and wildly yells "HELLO! " or something like that). In the morning, there is music playing near the pool from 9-10, so if you like to sleep, then consider this. And here's what else turned out - after they gave him money, he was already giving out the keys and said that the room would be without a balcony. Although the view from the room to the pool and the rising sun was good and two steps to the restaurant (which is not bad after dinner : ) ).
Number:
Everything is neat, everything was enough: beds, plumbing, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, safe - in perfect order. The only remark is that the door lock was a little junk, it opened after the second pressing of the handle. Cleaning every day, changed sheets, towels, twisted swans out of them : ). The cleaners are very polite, on the first day they asked when it would be convenient for us to clean them, every time they saw us they asked if there were any comments on the room.
Nutrition:
Free bottled water is not given to the rooms, in supermarkets on site, water costs $ 5 for tasteless Egyptian non-carbonated water. In Naama Bay, 5 pounds ($1).
The food in the restaurants exceeded our expectations - everything is delicious, the choice is large, different types of meat, sweets, new dishes every day. For lunch, only 10 types of cakes! Of course, there was not enough fruit - there were persimmons, melons, very sweet lemons, dates, occasionally grapes. Breakfast is really monotonous although the choice is still there.
For a change, you can go to the restaurant of the neighboring Dreams Beach, but this is only for lovers of queues and fleas with our fellow tribesmen (there are much more of them than on vacation). Our compatriots end bartenders with stupid questions in Russian: "Do you have Georgian wine? ", and then wonder why they are not understood. Despite the fact that there are even fewer dishes than in a vacation restaurant.
The Vacation - Andalusia restaurant is rarely crowded, just enough, so don't bother with trips to a nearby restaurant.
You can sign up for dinner at Pergola and Gril house restaurants (once a week for each) - I recommend it, very tasty dishes, and it’s very pleasant to go there for a change.
Alcohol is all Egyptian, the quality is low - take it with you.
Sea:

3 pontoons - one long one goes through the water (about 40m), a short dry one (above the water, immediately jump into the water, length is about 10m), and a short one in the water (about 5m).
Very beautiful corals, many colorful fish, there will be something to see. Take masks, special shoes, but special shoes for corals are absolutely not needed, you will still enter the water from pontoons.
Bars on the beach, open from 10 to 18, drinks, pancakes in one of the bars from 13:00.
Tapchans, of course, are not very 5050 good and semi-broken.
The zhlobstvo of our compatriots with clogging tapchans is striking. It's simply indescribable - they come at 7-8 in the morning, clog the sunbeds with everything possible, with slippers, towels, two towels at once with one towel. And they come a maximum of 1 time per day, and their place lies and waits for them. Then they walk and stink why there are so few free tapchans. The same British, Germans, even Italians do not allow themselves this - he came to the beach, bought himself, left for lunch, took a towel with him, no booking. Ours even go down to the point that they begin to beg from the employees that they would fill up tapchans from the very morning in the place they need (at the same time, they cannot say two words in English). The hotel staff doomedly look at them as fools, but what to do, since they ask, they try to help - they take scarves, flippers, and other attributes of clogging sunbeds... You come to the beach - half of the sunbeds with towels are simply empty...
Another very important remark about the sea: be sure to buy sunscreen with you and after. Here they are insanely expensive. For a can of Nivea uv20 they want $ 20-30 (and this is not on the territory of the hotel, but in Naama Bay, we went around half the market and everywhere there are such prices). You can also buy a cheaper locally produced spray oil ($ 6-8), but this is generally terrible in quality, do not try to take it. In general, drag creams from home.
Animation and entertainment:

For children of two or four years old, it will do - every day the same half-hour children's disco (train, dance of little ducklings, etc. ), older children will be tedious.
Once a week, a show of fakir-yogis is quite entertaining; there is also a Miss Hotel contest, sometimes there is a disco on the territory of dream beach until 1 am, maybe there are other events. This hotel is not suitable for fans of club parties - you can go to the old city to discos (about $ 40 for entry per person + taxi back).
Pools:
There are deep (3 meters), shallow 1.6m, and children's. Slides for adults and children (slides work according to the schedule). But near the pools, the situation with free tapchans is the same as at sea (why? Read above about our compatriots). Although the beds here are brand new, I have not seen broken ones at all.
More guides will soar excursions for you (we had a guide from Coral Travel), we bought ATVs and diving to Tiran Island. Diving is bad - the equipment is terrible and even dangerous, my wife almost drowned because of a leaking mask, I (as I later saw in the photo) had an instructor breathing through my backup mask because it broke, plus he was constantly twisting something on my tank with air the whole dive. Instead of 25 minutes of diving, it was only 10-15. And this pleasure cost $ 50 per person, plus an underwater photo $ 20 per person (photos of soap, I would never have bought if I knew).
I liked the ATVs in the desert, I recommend it - very beautiful places, you must see it.
You will also be offered to go to a Turkish-made leather goods store. The prices there are very expensive - the average women's jacket will cost about $600-800.
And also here:
Nobody limits the amount of alcohol that you carry with you or buy in duty free, so bring as much as you need.
