This is not our first time in Egypt. This time we succumbed to the persuasion of the tour operator to stay at this hotel. What can I say. The hotel is small, dirty, in Russian they do not understand or do not want to understand. The furniture is broken. They took 10 dollars, but the room was offered no better than the previous one, the bed had just been changed.

They took 10 dollars, but the room was offered no better than the previous one, the bed had just been changed. For all the time, towels were not changed, although tips were already taken on the run. The drink is not very good. Breakfast at the hotel is very bad, dinner is so-so. In general, I will not go again and I do not advise you

Stayed with a friend in this hotel. In principle, the hotel is 3 pulls. We were the only Russian speakers. The staff does not speak Russian. It is convenient that it is located in the very center and all entertainment is nearby. Linen was changed every two days, clean towels were given daily. In the fable, the water is ice cold, so they never bought it.

But we were allowed to sunbathe on the roof, where it is protected from the wind and you can afford to sunbathe topless without prying eyes.
The room is normal, not falling apart, clean. The shower doesn't drain well. At first they lived in a room with windows facing the street, but a day later they moved to the courtyard, because. the Arabs lined up in the morning under the windows and waited for us to wake up. There was no rest from them. Be sure to check the latch on the balcony door, otherwise it is possible that someone wants to get into your room, which happened to us. Thank God everything ended well. Breakfast is poor, dinner is plentiful. The beach is not far, dirty, sandy, and if you sail 100 meters into the sea on a catamaran, reefs begin. In general, the impression is normal

My husband and I lived in Viva. The hotel is GOOD. At least compared to the Turkish 5 stars, where we recently rested. The room is spacious, with good furniture, cleaning, change of towels every day. The pool is small but beautiful, the only drawback is that it is cold. The food is quite varied, but, as elsewhere, strained with meat dishes.

One big drawback - the beach at the hotel is "sandy". We were warned about this in time and we went to the coral beach, which is 15 minutes from the hotel and costs 10 pounds per snout. There is a very beautiful fauna in the sea and there are not very many people.
Don't hesitate about the hotel. From it you can get to the Old Market for 10 pounds, and for 20 pounds - to Naama Bay by taxi, which are in abundance there.

We celebrated New Year's Eve in this hotel. I liked everything very much. For a 3 star a very decent hotel with good rooms and food. Shows were held 2 times, the first time for the new year, the second just for the entertainment of vacationers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the beach: the reef is a kilometer away and costs 10 pounds to enter (but you can go for free if you don’t take sunbeds and don’t use umbrellas), they carry you to the second beach.

The only drawback is the beach: the reef is a kilometer away and costs 10 pounds to enter (but you can go for free if you don’t take sunbeds and don’t use umbrellas), they carry you to the second beach. But I don’t advise you to go there, since it is located on the territory of the port, where ships stand and, accordingly, the sea is not very clean. In addition, the reef beach has a very rich underwater world, even if you swim with an ordinary mask.
In the evening, there is a bus from the hotel to Naama Bay, but even if you don’t have time to get there, you can take a taxi for only 15 pounds (3 dollars). The hotel is located near the Old Market, i. e.
you can inexpensively get to it and buy fruits and drinks (in particular, booze, if not all inclusive). Not far from the hotel is the Alf Leila Laleila complex (1001 nights), where you can have a good time if you like hookah and belly dancing.
In general, very good impressions from the hotel and from the sea and from the rest in general! Before that, I rested in 5 stars, but there was no disappointment from Falcon Viva.

Vacationing in the Hills. The hotel really surprised me with a good level of service, not a bad design of the hotel itself and rooms, and ultimately quite good food - and all this is just a three-ruble note!! The only trouble is, at the end of the holiday, the coral beach was made paid. There is nothing to catch on the sandy beach, you can go to it, but for the sake of shopping in the Old Market, guessing the time of arrival of the bus and its return back to the hotel.

Many thanks to the staff for their kind attitude, and especially to the Otley staff at the reception.
I really want to go back.

Falcon El Diar 3* great location, great rooms, good unobtrusive service. The hotel is mostly Germans. the food was delicious, only I apparently have an individual intolerance (for delicate stomachs, you need to take a laxative).
