The hotel is excellent. The only downside is the lack of wi-fi.

I lived in this hotel for a whole month - from August 30 to September 28.2015. During this time, both the hotel and the staff became almost family. Orders in the hotel are very democratic. Compared to other hotels there are many advantages. For example, water in the bar can be taken without restrictions from 10 am to 12 am for those who have "all inclusive" (who have "breakfast and dinner", unfortunately, they cannot use the bar). Other hotels put two bottles of water per day in the room. You can enter the restaurant an unlimited number of times, you are allowed to take food to the room, no one makes comments or looks askance. The pools are privately divided into "for locals" and "for visitors", although this division is conditional, but the Arabs mostly hang out in the large pool.
I won’t write about the beaches, the only thing I want to add to other reviews is that they are now taking them to the sandy beach of El-Kheim instead of Terrazina (probably the difference between them is not big: sand and gradual entry into the depth), and second: on Palm Beach made a normal stationary pontoon, although the plastic one is still hanging around.
The hotel rooms are all on the same level, windows and balconies are tightly drawn from the heat with thick curtains throughout the day, so it makes no difference where the windows look. Here are just some of the rooms do not have balconies. The soundproofing in the rooms is ok. Two Russian TV channels - the first and RTR. There is no Wi-Fi even in the lobby, so I bought a Vodafone SIM card for 7 GB for 120 pounds on Il Mercato, it was enough for a month even with distribution in modem mode. The hotel has its own hookah bar with prices as in the city. There is a spa but I haven't been there.

On the bus that goes to Ed-Heima, you can get to the Old Market, Metro and Ragab Suns (two supermarkets with fixed prices). It is most profitable to change money in the Old Market, in the exchanger located on the left side not far from the entrance to the Old Market through the right gate. (For comparison, I changed there at 7.85 per dollar, while at the ATM and at the reception the rate was 7.5).
From the Egyptian sun, the Egyptian remedy Calamil helps better than any Panthenol. It is best to buy it at the El Zabi pharmacy on Il Mercato. This is a fixed price pharmacy. And Calamil there costs our money in the region of 15 rubles. (2.5 pounds). It can be spread all night, bed linen does not get dirty from it. In the morning there is no redness or burning.
On the beach of Ed Heim, you can take a glass bottom boat tour. It lasts an hour, they ask for 10 dollars for it. If you bargain well, you can swim for 50 pounds.
If you go further than Il Mercato, without turning anywhere, you will come to the same shopping street along the "1001 Nights", where all the shops are numbered. Travel agencies are located in shops No. 9 and 11. One of them - Sinbad - sold excursions to Jerusalem for 1 day in September for $55. Cheaper was not anywhere! Excursions on a yacht to Tiran and on ATVs in the desert they had 15 dollars each. If you are going on ATVs, then order a departure at night, at three o'clock - it's not so hot under the scorching sun in the desert. And it's better to ask for an individual trip - three or four people - otherwise you will drag yourself at a snail's pace in a whole crowd of the same travelers. Overtaking and attempting to get out of the formation are counted as an escape.
If you go to Jerusalem, take plenty of water and food with you. They feed there once and that is lousy, but there is no time to stop to buy water, otherwise you will fall behind the group and get lost. Yes, and a small 500-gram bottle of water costs a dollar there. Women must cover their knees, shoulders and cleavage, otherwise they will be stopped in front of the Wailing Wall or at the temples.

On the territory of "1001 nights" it is very beautiful, there are places where you can take a lot of good pictures. There are huge models of all Egyptian antiquities - the sphinx, the pyramid, and fragments of the Hatshepsut temple, etc. You need to come there by 14 o'clock, earlier it is closed. Once we were lucky - the three of us wandered there alone, took pictures as much as we wanted and where we wanted. But the second time we were allowed only to half of the territory, because they were preparing for the evening show.
Near the entrance to the "1001 Nights" is the Taj Mahal - discos are held there on Fridays. Famous DJs often come there. The disco lasts until 3 am. Right next to the dance floor there is a pool, you can jump into it. There is a big minus - there is no air conditioning and the crowd pours to the exit to stand there and catch their breath. Never wear high heels - the dance floor is slippery. Fly home on crutches.
From the hotel every evening there is a bus to Naama Bay, once a week to Soho and to Hollywood. You can go everywhere once, but if you don't go, you won't lose anything. All these are shopping streets with very expensive shops. In Soho, along the street there are many bronze figures with which you can take pictures, there is a singing fountain that plays three tunes. The most interesting thing there is a skating rink, it looks exotic in 35-degree heat. There are several dinosaurs in Hollywood. Much has been written about him, so I won't repeat myself.
Do not believe the horror stories that a woman cannot walk the streets alone or in a short dress, and God forbid, in shorts. All this is complete nonsense! Having read horror stories, I bought long dresses "to the floor" before the trip, and in the end I mostly went in shorts and T-shirts. I went everywhere and at any time, both alone and with a company. Yes, the Arabs pester, shout after them, but no one catches up and they don’t grab by the hand, they don’t drag them into the shops by force. I went around in dark glasses and headphones - "I see nothing, I hear nothing. "
In general, I am very satisfied with my vacation, the month flew by unnoticed. Made friends with many wonderful people, thank you all for the company! I remember everyone, I would be glad to meet everyone again!
If you have any questions about the holiday or the hotel, I'll be happy to help.
