Located in a relatively quiet area. Cleaned well and every day. They didn't ask for money. I left chocolates as a token of gratitude. They checked me in immediately upon arrival at 9 am. The room is spacious with a view of the palm trees. The drain in the shower was clogged, but this problem was fixed immediately, as I asked. In February it was a bit cold in the room, I did not see air conditioners there. Always friendly staff. They did nothing, always helped and smiled. For 7 days they became like family. Best animators Zizo and Zedd. We were entertained during the day with exercises, aerobics, volleyball. And in the evening they were taken by bus from the hotel to discos. I really enjoyed the party at the Hard Rock Cafe. During the rest, I was not hungry, fed hearty. There were no culinary delights, but there were always fresh vegetables, steamed vegetables, chicken and fish, many desserts. There was enough alcohol, the guys made delicious cocktails. Tea and coffee is not tasty, take it better with you. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one heated. They take you to the sea by bus. I'll take off one star for the fact that it's cold in the room, the furniture in the rooms is old and there is intermittent hot water in the shower. But these little things are forgivable. After all, I spent a magical holiday in this place. I rate 9 out of 10 thanks to the staff. The guys at the reception, in the restaurant, the animators are cool! I want to come back again and definitely to this hotel. Falcon, i miss you? ?
