We believed the positive reviews and thought: why pay more?
Dear friends, I can guarantee that ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE BUYED!
We rested from January 10 to January 17.2017, the three of us: me, my husband and a daughter of 16 years old.
I'll start as usual in order. I will evaluate all items on a five-point system. Some photos you can see. I will write a lot, so please be patient. ))
TERRITORY. BUILDING. The territory of the hotel is not big, green, but not well-groomed. The gardener was trimming the bushes at least a couple of months ago. The architecture of the building is quite original and comfortable in the location of the rooms. The repair of the building was carried out a long time ago, so everything is already in a rather deplorable state: everything is cracked, the paint is peeling, the walls are dirty, the trash cans are broken, some of the wooden beams are broken.
The overall score is 3 points.

RECEPTION. HALL. The hall is spacious, high with comfortable sunbeds and tables. On the tables are old artificial dusty flowers with falling off heads. Furniture scratched and worn with dust and finger-thick crumbs.
The overall score is 3 points.
WI-FI - paid, takes in some places, slow, cost per user - 7.5 dollars.
Overall score - 3 points
ROOM. Here I will describe in more detail so that you can feel the horror))). We arrived late, because. The plane was delayed at about 12 midnight. The temperature outside was 13-15 degrees (quite cold). We were taken to our room and opened. The first thing we encountered was a wild stink of damp from the bathroom. The temperature in the room was even lower than outside. We saw the air conditioner and were glad that we would warm up now, BUT it wasn’t there. It turns out that the air conditioners in this hotel work only for cooling. they are so hot.
The room is big enough. It had 3 separate beds, two bedside tables, a small table, 2 chairs and a wardrobe. Everything is just terrible. The furniture is at least 10 years old, if not more. Everything is gouged, the doors in the closet do not open and close, it was necessary to apply not a hefty force to open them, everything is scratched, oblique, the repair (only painting the walls and white) is done, sorry, speaking in Russian: through the rear left pass. Everything is covered with paint furniture, TV, floor, lamps (made antique, but already very old with peeled pendants). The walls are artistically stained with footprints, ball prints. The bed linen is old, torn, the only thing missing is ink stamps, as in our Soviet hospitals. The blankets are so dirty that it looks like they were used as a floor rag, then a company of soldiers walked over it, who spat on it along the way, then this rag was dried and given to the rooms.

The bathroom was also designed by some cool architect. The tile is broken, laid crooked, also covered with paint, the toilet is near the door itself, it is convenient to open it, stick out and shout: busy, come back later. The shower is a different story. Separated from the toilet by a wall, there is a low curb on the floor, through which all the water goes not into the drain, but into the middle of the bathroom. The shower is clogged, barely runs, fixed to the wall, so whether you want to wash your hair or not - but you have to, because you can’t wash yourself otherwise. Another trouble. The super architect built a huge powerful exhaust fan (40 by 40 centimeters) into the wall, which goes directly to the street. That is, you can imagine that it is 13-15 degrees outside, and from the street, with the help of this fan, such a "summer breeze" is blown in, which turns on along with the light and nothing else. To undress at the same time, in order to swim, you simply cannot force yourself. They called a worker to turn off the hood, so this "very smart person" just put a screwdriver into a working fan, broke off all the blades, the screwdriver got stuck, the fan burned out....Of course, it's good that he didn't work anymore, but....
We slept in tracksuits, winter jackets (in which we flew out), warm socks, covering our heads with two blankets....

NUTRITION. It was listed as All Inclusive. In fact, it is difficult to call even a full board. Chef - I don’t know where they got him at all. Not only is the number of dishes very, I repeat VERY meager, so he even managed to make them not edible. Usually, it is almost impossible to list all the dishes served for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the All Inclusive. Here everything is very simple. If you are not tired of reading))), then look.
Breakfast: boiled eggs (half rotten, scrambled eggs (from the same rotten eggs), paper sausages with fried onions in tomato (really paper ones, because we don’t even have the cheapest sausages of this taste), sour potato casserole (from yesterday’s puree ), two incomprehensible substances (most likely some kind of local caviar from something) of the color and taste of childish surprise, uncut cucumbers and tomatoes, two dumb salads, three types of the day before yesterday's croissants without filling, buns, crackers from yesterday's buns and bread. Yes, more I forgot one kind of toilet paper sausage (which no one ate, because it didn’t even smell like sausage, even the hungriest local cats didn’t eat it) and one kind of powdered non-edible cheese, which no one ate either.
It's all. We thought, as usual, after the rest we would recover by 5 kilograms, but then we would not die.
Late breakfast: NONE
Lunch: Here the All Inclusive ended. We were not allowed into the hall. They sat me down on the street and said that they would take out lunch now. I was shocked.
They brought out: flour stew on beef broth (without anything), coleslaw, a spoonful of mashed potatoes in water, a small piece of beef and a piece of fried thawed fish. For dessert, breakfast croissants and green melon.

At that moment, I wanted to kill all the well-wishers who wrote positive reviews of this hotel. I wish with all my heart that they rest like this for the rest of their lives!
Afternoon snack: NONE
Dinner: mashed potatoes on water and without a piece of butter (there was never butter at all), rice, rice in tomato, again from breakfast an incomprehensible substance of color and taste of childish surprise, pasta in the same tomato and already TWO TYPES of "MEAT dishes" that gave out, with a proud look, as I understand personally the chef himself. He gave out only one piece and no additives. Usually it is a small terribly dry beef patty and overdried beef liver. My husband, in order not to die of hunger, made us, even if we don’t go to take this MEAT, be sure to take it for him, because he was constantly hungry anyway.
About salads. This is generally a masterpiece of the chef's genius. Who has problems with a chair, they can safely write a prescription. For example, have you ever thought that you can make a salad of fresh cabbage, green melon and season it with some strange fermented milk product. (The concept of ketchup and mayonnaise in this hotel did not exist at all). Or take fresh cabbage, fresh cucumber and add boiled beans, also with sour-milk dressing.....
In short, all the salads were not edible. The chef, I understand, was under the impression that a salad is just a mixture of something that is, and it does not matter that it is not edible and not compatible, if he is familiar with these concepts at all.

Tea and coffee are also a separate conversation. I have never seen anything like this even in the old Soviet labor camps... Two large glass teapots with a half-year-old coating on the glass stand on an electric stove burnt to holes (actually to holes). About 10-15 tea bags hang in one teapot (it is not known from what time) and filled with boiling water. In another, half a can of cheap, smelly coffee was poured out, also filled with boiling water. You must pour this mixture into dirty (with a touch of tea and coffee, not washed) cups, which are all either cracked or chipped, and add boiling water or milk. In a separate tray, sugar is poured with everything you like, crumbs, tea leaves, caffeine, filled with tea and coffee by someone.....
The tablecloths on the tables have never been changed. There are no paper napkins. There are cloth ones that do not wipe anything, and if they do, they wipe it badly, with traces of lipstick and other people's dirty fingers . .
I looked into the kitchen, there is generally complete anti-sanitary conditions.
BAR. ))) The following alcoholic drinks of local production were exhibited at the All Inclusive: vodka, brandy, rum, tequila, whiskey....- EVERYTHING. Syrups are not available. Elite paid drinks stand for months on dusty shelves and no one buys them, because. the finances of vacationers in this hotel do not allow this.
After a "good" day, I went to the bar to drink coffee (there was a coffee machine and I hoped it would be tastier). But unfortunately the coffee machine did not work, and the "bartender" did not know how to use it, except to heat the milk in the milk jug. The nozzle for heating milk with a coffee machine is always wiped (normal bartenders) after each preparation so that the milk does not dry out and does not bake on it. Here it was immersed with a multi-layer coating in a dirty glass with a milky liquid (once it was water). Ordering coffee with hot milk (there is no cream) was too much for me. Next to the coffee machine was a Nescafe machine. I asked to make myself coffee in it and add cold milk. Pressing the button, the coffee was safely poured into a dirty chipped cup. Then the "bartender" "plunked" cold milk from the package into a cup, while half spilling - but it turned out to be all right, because. he didn't even move his eyes. He put an overflowing cup with smudges on the bar and from the same terrible dish as in the dining room poured two spoons of loose sugar for me, stirred it, poured half a glass on the bar and went on to watch football on Wi-Fi on the phone. In complete shock, taking a cup, I quietly sat down at a dusty table. Nothing to do, drank what they poured.

I usually don't drink, sometimes for the holidays a glass of wine, or a delicious cocktail at the bar. I approach the bartender busy with football, who still hasn't wiped the bar counter or his desk from spilled milk. I explain with signs (I remind you that they do not know Russian or English) that I want some kind of cocktail to his taste. He mixes all the liquor he sees in a glass, adds some sprite, and hands it to me with a wry smile, saying "good. " Without saying anything, I turned and went to the room, realizing that REST IS SUCCESSFUL!
Overall score - 1 point
BEACH. Not bad, with free sunbeds and umbrellas, sandy. The sea due to the fact that it is a bay, respectively, everyone leaves their boats there, not too clean. The bottom of the sea is also sandy. Depth is average. The water temperature is 22-23 degrees. Very comfortable. During the day, the air temperature is the same, so you can safely sunbathe and swim.
Overall score - 4 points
SWIMMING POOL. Good, with free sunbeds and towels. However, without heating and at this time of the year, it is not possible to swim like that.
CONTINGENT. HOLIDAYERS. Room occupancy is about 20%. The main vacationers are poor Yemenis and Egyptians, mostly not cultured and not educated. Of the Russian speakers, we were a couple with a child from Kazakhstan and two elderly friends from Kharkov.
Overall score - 1 point
STAFF. Except for the reception - all the staff is absolutely not qualified. No one speaks not only Russian (according to statistics in Egypt, 70-80% of vacationers are Russian speakers), but also English. It's almost impossible to explain anything. Bartenders, chefs, waiters - it seems that they were taken from the street in general, they do not even know the most common norms and rules.
PURITY. Dirty and dusty - EVERYWHERE. In the corridors and on the stairs, I did not see that they were cleaning at all. Cigarette butts, which were lying around on the day of arrival, lay safely all week. Finger dust everywhere, glass doors probably never washed. I saw cleaning at the reception. With one mop (not mine), the boy just walked in different directions)))
The room was washed every day (crawled). It was evident only by the fact that the beds were remade (the linen was not changed) and the puddle in the bathroom was wiped out.
CONCLUSION:
For everyone who did not give up and read my comment to the end, I strongly recommend:
NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL EVEN FOR FREE!

If the hotel management deigns to read my review, then I would recommend them to set the right priorities and understand for themselves what you want - to be an unprofitable hotel and close soon, or how to solve this issue? If you still want to somehow get out of this hopeless situation, then first of all you need to hire a good manager and qualified staff and invest in your hotel. Otherwise, the maximum that awaits you is poor Yemenis and Egyptians, who will also soon stop traveling. Not a single self-respecting person will rest in your hotel, except perhaps by mistake, like us, believing false reviews.
If you want to seek advice, I will be happy to help you with this issue free of charge, based on more than 15 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant business.
