Now, in order... At the reception you are met by a tall Arab with an eternally dissatisfied muzzle named Wahid. Requests are fulfilled for the fifth time or ignored. They settled us quickly, room 1205. For a room overlooking a piece of the pool, they demanded $ 10, but no question. From the guys from Belarus for a good room on the ground floor with a terrace and a view of the pool, they demanded 50 dollars. They gave. So get your money ready. Our room is shabby, crumbling putty, all smoky, no balcony, no dryer, one socket. There were no towels or toiletries. We went to the reception, asked to bring, I really wanted to wash off the road. They listened, wrote it down in a notebook, promised to fix everything. An hour later he went again... all the same. As a result, towels were brought by 19.00 (we arrived at 13.30), toilet paper and soap the next day. The water in the shower was hot on the first day, cold on the second day. I went to the reception, they promised to do it. Three hours later they did it, but the next day it went cold again. In general, if you like hot showers, don't count too much. Many of our new acquaintances at the hotel bathed in cool water, they say it is more beneficial for health. What the receptionist does, except extort money, is not clear. On the day of our departure, Wahid was very unhappy when we vacated the room not exactly at 12.00, but at 12.40. He demanded a $15 fine. And when we refused to pay, he threw a tantrum. He ran down the hall, waving his arms, threatening and being rude. It is not clear how such hysterics are taken to the hotel to communicate with people. Those who like to sleep at night, do not count. Maybe, of course, we had a room in such a part of the hotel, but out of the seven nights that we were (2 on excursions), our youth walked the remaining 5. Screams, fervent female laughter and loud music from the speakers until the morning. The administration has nothing to do with this. Do you want to understand yourself, want to join.
There is a lot of food in the dining room, but there is nothing to eat. For breakfast, you can only eat scrambled eggs. For lunch, salted potatoes, unleavened beans, salads. Meat and fish are given out by the cook on a spoon, in portions. Ask for more, put, but reluctantly. You feel like a beggar. For dinner, grilled meat is served in portions. The waiters in the dining room are quickly clearing the dishes. Polite, friendly.

There are two bars on the territory - in the lobby and near the pool. The bartenders are great guys, they make cool cocktails and delicious coffee. We liked the bartender named Fakhr. Don't begrudge a $1-2 tip and try a variety of drinks. Although they try without it. Their place is in the top five, not in this hole. Keep in mind, the all-inclusive service starts from 10.00 until 24.00. That is, if you wanted water at 9 am, they won't give it to you. If you want to drink alcohol after 24.00 - pay.
As for excursions, many experienced travelers do not take them from hotel guides, as the prices are too high. Preferring to buy at the hotel or on the street. In the lobby of this hotel there is a counter where they sell excursions. Three people work there in turn - Aladdin, “Mishanya” and a woman, I don’t know her name. Prices are lower than those of hotel guides, but higher than on the street. There are no guarantees. They sell any excursions, but warn, "only you do not tell your guides. " Scammers and scammers! They bought excursions from them, their partner tore it off, 30% of the money was returned. They froze at our requests, saying it was not their fault.
Smokers will like it very much in the hotel, you are here! No comments will be made anywhere. They smoke in the rooms, at the bar, by the pool, throughout the territory, on the beach, in a word, EVERYWHERE!

A big plus is the location of the hotel, I will not paint the details, there are many reviews. 10-15 minutes to the sea, but the beach is dirty, dead corral, drinks are taken at the entrance, bags are checked. They say "such a business, brother. " There is a bar on the beach with drinks and snacks, our friends from Belarus were very upset when they had to pay $ 6 for a portion of potatoes the size of a palm. You have to take a taxi to the beach with beautiful corals and fish. I recommend El Fanar. The entry costs $6 but it's worth it. You can also go diving there.
