We stayed at this hotel from February 24th to March 7th. The budget was limited, so we looked at hotels from the price / quality category. This hotel came into view, it had a very decent rating (4.2 out of 5) and, according to the description, it fully met our wishes. True, the tour cost more than some 4 * (11 nights from Kyiv - $ 890 + $ 130 transfer = $ 1020 or $ 1260 from Minsk). We flew from Kyiv, TO Coral Travel, UIA air carrier. There - everything is clear on time, the return flight was delayed for 40 minutes, which was not critical.

We were at the hotel around 9 in the morning, in anticipation of a long-awaited and such a welcome vacation)) We settled in about an hour later and then the first disappointment awaited: on the sites with a description of the hotel it is indicated that the rooms have a balcony / terrace, in practice it turned out that such rooms - the fourth part and for such a number you need to pay extra $ 5 for each day. These rooms in the hotel were called - improved layout, although the site indicates that all rooms in the hotel are standard. Okay, we are not picky, we can do without a balcony, let's go check in.
Room on the second floor - 1219 (photo of the room and the view from the window are attached)). In the room: a wardrobe, a mini-fridge, a bed, 2 bedside tables, a table (behind it there is a socket)) with an old TV (16 channels are on, 1 of them is Russian (only news ((), 3 chairs, a small table, an ashtray, air conditioning) , wardrobe (there is a safe in it). Bathroom: hairdryer, socket, shower (built into the wall and so small that the curtain sticks to the back all the time)), 2 soap dispensers. The room is “tired”, dusty. However, the concept cleanliness in Egypt is very conditional)) We immediately discovered that there were only 2 towels in the room, they asked for two more, they gave it. We wanted to take a shower, it turned out that the water was only cold and there was no soap or shower gel in the dispensers... Okay, let's figure it out, but for now let's take apart the suitcase)) We open the closet, but there are no shelves in it, but only rods for hangers, the hangers themselves no ((During the day these problems were solved (although it always seemed to me that this should have been done before our check-in)) We were wearing bracelets at 12 o'clock. About an hour later, we remembered that we did not have a Wi-Fi password , again went to the reception . . The hotel was built stupidly, rooms 25-30 look at the pool (for a decent surcharge), the rest of the rooms look at the road or the wall adjacent to the hotel, or at the windows of the rooms opposite.
Food is very good for a 3* Breakfast (the weakest point) is always the same: scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, two kinds of mashed beans, sausages, sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ in circles, with an incredible amount of onions, tea / coffee (well, very much for an amateur)), cheese , local soy sausage, vegetables and vegetable mixes, 2 types of breakfast cereals, pancakes and waiting for them, a good selection of pastries, croissants.
Lunch (it will be richer)): puree or vegetable soup, 3 side dishes (rice, potatoes, spaghetti / pasta), beef or chicken, fish, vegetables and salads, a choice of pastries (I recommend soufflé , it resembles our "bird's milk")), oranges and melon, 2 times there were dates, tea / coffee - at the pool bar.

Afternoon snack (about which the hotel is modestly silent and "forgets" to report)): ice cream and pancakes, by the pool
Dinner: Same choice as lunch. Everything is very edible, the choice is small, but it is there, the work of waiters and a bartender (near the pool) is the best thing in the hotel (active, positive, they work quickly and accurately)
Cleaning is a different story)) Cleaning is done from 9 am to 5 pm. In 11 days, we were cleaned 3 times (bed linen was changed once) Because at the time when we are not in the room (from 8 to 14) other rooms are cleaned, and at the time when it is convenient for the cleaner to come to us (at 14-16 hours), we either take a bath, then lie down to rest... , in general, somehow we did not coincide, although we applied to the reception twice with a request to clean from 9 to 14. The $ left on the bed also did not stimulate the cleaner to rush to us with a bucket at the ready) )
Swimming pools: there are 3 of them. An adult (with a depth of 150-160 cm), a small jacuzzi and a children's pool (the only heated one). We did not swim, because the water was cold.

Beach: well, not 600m, but 15 minutes on foot. The beach is not your own (as indicated on the site), but rented, respectively, bringing food and drinks (including water) is prohibited (photo attached). The people weren’t particularly impudent, they didn’t flaunt the presence of their water and food, and the beach employee pretended not to notice)) We were not searched and water was not taken away, as a few weeks before our arrival). Fight from the beach for $ 1 (given every other day))) will offer dough under an umbrella or without it, lay towels, bring a table and an ashtray (for smokers)) and reserve places for tomorrow)) but - tolerable)). The entrance to the sea is sand, there is a small pontoon. There are few fish, a piece of coral is dead, but those who swam away said that there are living creatures there). Across the road there is a spa salon, you can get a massage. For the whole body 1 hour - $ 10 or 30 minutes - $ 5. We did, we liked it. If you take more than 5 sessions, they make a discount.
Animation was of little interest to us, we didn’t go to the pool to exercise, we came to the sea! )) We didn’t see the evening program, maybe it wasn’t there, or maybe we missed it)), but closer to 23 the animators appeared in the bar near the reception, asked what there are questions about the hotel, invited to the night disco. Oddly enough, it was the animator Sugar who helped us solve the problem with hot water, although his sense of humor and manner of communication are sooooo peculiar))
Summary: the hotel courageously solves problems that it could not create)). Almost completely filled (Ukrainians, Kazakhs, several Belarusians, several Germans, a couple of Latvians, a couple of Italians, 3-5 pairs of Egyptians), maybe that's why he doesn't really worry about the inconvenience caused and stupid management)) The price and rating of the hotel are definitely overpriced. The staff is indifferent and kind of tired). I will not return to this hotel for sure, despite the proximity of Naama Bay. We made our vacation enjoyable, but not thanks to, but rather - in spite of the efforts of the hotel)) Well, for sooooo unpretentious)). Although at the bar I watched a lady who enthusiastically reported to the phone: -Everything here is free!!!... )))
