immediately after we entered the room, I really wanted to grab my suitcase and rush back to the airport without looking back. I'll tell you the number not only for 3, but for 2 it doesn't even pull. The plumbing in the room leaves much to be desired - especially the faucets - I have a feeling that they are not specially repaired and not changed so that the tourists who enter the room break down the whole thing and then "hang" grandmas on them, and if you refuse pay for a fallen off faucet or shower (which hangs on one nail), then when you hand over your room, they will not let you out of the hotel until you pay 100 bucks. And this is not unfounded. This is exactly what happened before our eyes with the Poles and the Spaniard, on whom they "hung" 100 bucks for a broken sunbed (and the Arabs broke the sunbed). This girl did not have enough money to pay and the tourists from the hotel chipped in just to let her out!! ! We also had an unfortunate incident. We decided to use the services of a safe (it is free at the reception) They gave us a key that was never taken out of the room. A couple of days later, the need arose for money, they poked around, but there was no key !! ! We went to the reception, and they told us that we had to pay 60 bucks for the loss of the key or we would not fly home. We began to explain that the key was in the room all the time and was not taken out anywhere, but they simply did not care about our arguments. For about 3 days, we were "wracked" by nerves, then they switched to threats. So we had to pay, after this incident, the hotel staff began to treat us rudely, to put it mildly. As for the drinks, the bartender literally ignored us and poured us a drink at the very last turn, even if the other person approached much later))). There is a pipe in the cafe in general !!! ! I have never seen such a srach anywhere! The dishes are not washed there at all !!! ! Tablecloths are stained with oil, it’s scary to sit on a chair - you risk ruining clothes in the remnants of food that is shaken off the table onto chairs))) If for a second you are distracted from your plate or move away from the table for bread or tea -All KHANA!!! ! You won't see your food again - the obliging Abdul will drag it away! It's impossible to eat - you are constantly being watched and looked into your mouth! The sun loungers by the pool are all old, dirty and broken, so before you lie down, check, otherwise you will "get" 100 bucks. There is no bar on the beach, and they also have some strange system - to get to the beach you need to write out a ticket at the hotel reception, otherwise they won’t let you in! 3 days before our departure, about 100 Arabs with their wives and numerous children settled in the hotel. All this pack from lunch to dinner washed in the pool. They didn't even get out to go to the toilet!!!! ! Their wives bathed practically in their clothes. When I accidentally dropped the pareo into the pool, they almost climbed on me with their fists and in a rude form made it clear that this should not be done. . You do not think that we are used to a premium class vacation, last year we rested in 4 stars. hotel in Turkey, so there, of course, there are also non-luxury rooms, but there was no such mess and outright extortion of money. So if you don't care where to relax and your motto is "I don't care" welcome to the Fantasia Hotel!!!! !
