The check-in went well, no one asked for a tip, we went to dinner at 19.30 - neither tasty nor tasteless. absolutely nothing. A day later there was a conflict - the daughter of 3 years old ate badly at lunch and at 16.30 went with her brother to a bar for cookies. And there is no food. only in the restaurant 7.30-10.00, 13.00-15.00, 19.00-21.00. The gaps are empty. I went to the reception - they called the bar and said with a smile that there was no food and we had to wait 19.00 until dinner. called the annex. the guide called back on the employee's mobile - he said that I had chosen a bad hotel and the food was only on time. They sent me to the bar - they said there would be food in 10 minutes. We waited 1 hour and returned without food. I ask the manager, but he has a respectful event "he is sleeping", I ask the owner - he will be in 2 hours. At 18.30 we opened a restaurant ahead of schedule and gave the child food.
After dinner (it was delicious this time) I went to look for a guide. The guide calls again and says that everything will be fine and if there are no snacks tomorrow, then he will swear with the management, but I still waited for the owner. She explained that there are not even cookies when the restaurant is closed, there are many small children in the hotel. I was assured that tomorrow everything will be OK.

A couple of days (until Wednesday) - the owner was in the restaurant at every meal, the food improved, a new fruit appeared. On Thursday, apparently, he left, because another incident - we went to the sea and with us on the bus they brought a case of beer, clean water and a tray of cookies to the beach. We arrived, an hour passed - the children went for cookies - and the answer was "nothing", after another 30 minutes - the same answer. I got up from the couch, I went up to the one who was carrying cookies - and, lo and behold, a tray with cookies was taken out of the lockers. I concluded from this that the owner should visit the hotel more often or send mystery shoppers.

For recreation - the food is normal, only if the management is on site, the animators - no comment. there are practically none. Sunset in the sea - gorgeous for children. Walk a little to the side for fish.
I visited a shop in the hotel - where they sell oils, suitcases, SIM cards with the Internet - a fraudulent seller. Hangs noodles, the goods are of poor quality. definitely do not recommend. I didn't get it on the internet. 3 GB - I used only viber, on the phone - 1 GB consumption, and by checking the account - everything was used up under 0. (card orange).
Those who bought the Wi-Fi password at the hotel spat. the quality is terrible. It keeps crashing and needs to be reconnected.
On the tour I turned to Said - also I can not recommend. The same divorce as 90% of the population of the city. They won’t understand the meaning of what has been said, so it’s easier for me to draw conclusions and look for another tour organizer than to explain what he is wrong
