To begin with, I am not a particularly fastidious and demanding tourist, but the rest in THIS HOTEL was simply shocking!
So, first things first. .
We rested here together with my mother from 21.08 to 28.08. Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately offered to fill out a questionnaire and go to a restaurant for dinner, because. we arrived at the hotel around 7-8 pm (we flew from the tour operator Join Up). Having entered the restaurant, we were dumbfounded . . The air conditioners do not work, the room is stuffy, there is dirt on the floors and no one does anything!! ! Food . . tea, coffee in plastic cups (is this normal for a 4-star hotel ?! ), no one has heard of wine here at all. Beer is poured from bottles, cola / sprite in the same way. Three types of juices: pineapple, apple and multivitamin (as you know, naturally not freshly squeezed). A couple of types of salads (as it became clear later, no one really bothers with them . . everything that they hadn’t eaten before was seasoned with some kind of smelly sauce and served). From vegetables: cucumbers (we were saved by them all the rest), tomatoes, peppers and that’s all! No olives, no lettuce leaves . . Next, from side dishes: rice, baked potatoes, pasta (which the chef cooked. The smell was constantly sour. tomato paste, roofing felts because of the cheese, which (I remind you) was not eaten for breakfast! ) and all! Meat / fish: chicken, beef and pangasius fillet (mackerel was given twice). Fruits: green tart dates, green melon, apples cut into small cubes, grapes, oranges - all this did not happen every time, only dates were constant. On the third day they had some kind of delivery and gave us watermelon (tasteless), pomegranate (first whole, then in pieces), suites, bananas. Sweets: cookies (one type), two types of biscuit and juice jelly (which is at the beginning). Bakery products are generally . . the buns were so dried out that you couldn’t even cut them with a knife.

There was enough food on the plate, but 80% was inedible.
In general, you won’t die of hunger, but the food was the same for all 7 days. On the 3rd day, they had coffee with a puff (dry and tasteless) or cereal with cold milk for breakfast. We had lunch and dinner with cucumbers, potatoes and chicken.
Territory: huge and unkempt. It is clear that the owner saves on employees. There are few of them and they do not cope, although the guys are very good. They are kind and responsive. A pile of plastic cups is lying around. Plates from the restaurant are on the steps, at night there is a terrible smell of feces, because. they water the flowers. The pools are dirty and there are also cups floating in them.
Room: we got a room with a beautiful view of the construction site, but we did not want to change it just because everything worked for us (we were lucky! Other tourists did not have a hair dryer or a tap in the shower, or air conditioning). But at the expense of cleanliness there were huge questions . . the dust was not wiped off, probably for a month. Tables and nightstands were dirty and sticky. In the bathroom, a frozen drop of soap is also most likely a long-liver. The hotel does not provide cosmetics, there are not enough towels. We barely begged them for two faces.
Bottom line: the interior is original, but very dirty!
Beach: you can get to it by bus, which runs every half an hour or walk for 5-7 minutes. The beach is dirty, cigarette butts are lying around, nails are not being looked after. The sunbeds are all old, wooden and very heavy. They are not enough and they are very far from the sea.
The sea is rarely calm. Mostly waves, sometimes very large. No corals!! ! But you can go a little to the left and look at the fish. The water is dirty, the waves bring napkins, bread, and apples + seaweed.
We are very upset. This is absolutely not the holiday we wanted! And all the tourists went and were indignant.

Everyone who reads reviews, believe me, people are different and everyone has different tastes. We saw a few people who liked EVERYTHING and they then write good reviews for which we are, but I will not recommend this place to anyone ! ! Do not be fooled by the large and unusual style of the territory.
It is a pity the money spent, but the amount is rather big!!!
Even the guide himself told us that this is the worst and latest hotel in all of Sharm.
But the peak of all indignation was that the receptionist gave us a ride with lunch boxes (there was an early departure) and pretended (as usual) that they had nothing to do with it.
In short, trust the negative reviews and choose hotels with a rating of at least 6-7 points out of 10)
