I was with a friend, after reading the reviews, the mood fell, but when we arrived at the hotel, we saw that everything was not so bad at all))) I'll start in order:
1) The territory - it is magnificent, I have never seen such a pool, artificial waves, in the middle of the pool there is a cozy island with sunbeds, a huge fountain, which can be seen even from the beach. Cozy two-story buildings located not far from each other are very convenient. It feels like you are in a small town, much more convenient than if it was 1 huge building.
2) The rooms are good, spacious rooms, the air conditioning worked perfectly, it was possible to arrange a north pole, or it could be adjusted to a suitable temperature, at first there was a lousy pressure in the shower, but the next day the master came and fixed everything (although we didn’t talk about it requested).
Cleaning, in my opinion, was not very thorough, they just made the bed and that's it, we lived for 2 days without toilet paper, apparently the cleaner did not notice its absence (but these are all such trifles that can only interfere with complete bores)
3) Staff - Maybe it's because I'm not a pretty girl, but the "impudent" Egyptians didn't bother me, they settled me at the reception pretty quickly (I myself worked in one of the best hotels in Moscow and I can adequately evaluate the work), when any questions arose, they always tried to help, 1 receptionist speaks Russian rather well.
4) Food - their food is not so hot, it’s impossible to stay hungry, but you didn’t have to expect any special frills either. There was meat every day at dinner in different forms (mostly chicken and beef). For breakfast, they cooked a good omelette, but there was no meat, only lousy sausage.
Drinks are included, throughout the day you can drink both alcohol and regular cola, fanta, sprite ...juices, of course not, only powdered drinks.
When buying a tour, be sure to specify about lunch, if you only have a snack included, then you will eat only french fries and hamburgers for lunch throughout the rest.
5) Animation - in fact, there is none, there is only one girl, Lada, who tries in every possible way to entertain guests, organizes water aerobics, just aerobics, water volleyball, she is Russian, sociable and pretty pretty))) sometimes even belly dancing)))
The evening local disco is generally a pretty fun place, there is not a deep, but a large pool nearby, many people dance right there, the bar is also nearby.
6) The contingent - There are a lot of Italians and Poles in the hotel, the Dutch met, I didn’t see a single German, there aren’t very many Russians either, but it’s quite enough to stir up your company and hang out, hang out, hang out)))
7) Sea - There is a bus every hour from the hotel to the beach, whoever does not want to wait can easily walk in 15 minutes, in general you can walk to the sea in 5 minutes, but it will not be a hotel wild beach, where only Arabs and guests from the hotel is not allowed to swim there, but as they say, if you really want to, then you can))) The entrance is sandy, there is a small reef with fish nearby, not to say that it is very picturesque, but it is interesting to swim a couple of times with a mask. It is not recommended to swim at night, they scared us with poisonous fish that swims at night. I didn’t swim at night myself, but I walked along the beach at night, you can admire the starry sky, listen to the splash of the sea, in general it’s romantic, some crabs crawl along the shore ....there are a lot of them there ...
8) In general: The hotel is new, has not officially opened yet, is being transformed, literally, before our eyes. We planted new trees and bushes, put up a new fence and painted it, put up new lights. In general, it is clear that the hotel is getting better and better. It can be seen that new buildings are being built and, apparently, over time, the hotel will claim 5 stars.
I wish you a pleasant stay and remember that you yourself make the rest first of all, get to know each other, communicate, and maybe even fall in love. The Faraana Heights hotel will contribute to this =)))
