The hotel is terrible! We arrived at the hotel tired, as we did not sleep all night, we waited 2 hours and we were settled. Settled in a terrible room, where everything was ruined. I immediately contacted the reception to move us, they told me there that I needed to pay extra. I had no other choice but to pay extra, we were given another room, but it was also terrible, with cockroaches. About food, I can only say that it was not possible to eat there, everything stank. There were also cockroaches in the restaurant, dirt everywhere, dust, shoes stuck to the floor in the restaurant. The territory is dirty, not cleaned, the pools are all cold. The bars worked from 12 am to 4 pm, then it was necessary to climb to the top, they were not willingly served. The hotel is on the second line, but not far away, you could walk, you could use the transfer. In 500 meters from the hotel there were shops where you could buy everything you need. Far from the center, but we took a local bus. When we arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by what I saw there, immediately called our guide, wanted to meet him, but he told me that he was busy, that he was at the airport and said to wait for the second of January, when he would arrive at the hotel and only then will he be able to meet us. The trip was for the New Year, we wanted to meet him well, and not get what we got. On the second day, we met with the guide, we began to ask him to move us, he answered that we should choose any hotel, and he would tell us how much we need to pay extra for relocation, the amount of this surcharge was 500-600 dollars, but we did not agree to this, because for this money, we could just go to another hotel and check in on our own. Also, we paid $800 for this hotel. Once again I repeat that the hotel is dirty and just awful! There was no animation, there was one guy in the hotel, 18 years old, who drank with young girls and danced with them, that's all the animation. In the amphitheater, where there were supposed to be some performances, the staff slept. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Vacation was ruined.
