In general, the water is the same temperature as we have in the summer, when hot water is turned off. It is unrealistic to wash hair, it is impossible to buy a small child.
2. Regarding Wi-Fi - a complete lie. He is not just on the territory, he barely works at the reception, and there he is paid - $ 2 per day.
3. Food as average in fours in Egypt. Not tasty, small selection, but you won't go hungry. Tolerable. But you yourself cannot take fish and meat for you, the cook / waiter puts it on a plate. One serving of fish or meat is equal to a tablespoon in volume. Each time you need to ask for a supplement or come up again.

Keep in mind that if you arrive 40 minutes after the start of lunch / dinner, there may not be enough fish and meat.
4. And, what was simply amazing, on April 15, on the day when the main season actually begins, the largest and most comfortable pool was closed due to the installation of slides (as they said, like a water park). This is the same pool that is proudly displayed in all the photos. All sun loungers were removed from him. And thus, on the vast territory of the hotel (I specifically counted), there were as many as 16 umbrellas with sun loungers near the distant small and uncomfortable pools. And, judging by the speed of work, I dare to assume that this is for a long time.
