The hotel is not far from the airport, I think it was the fourth one. The check-in went perfectly, there are no complaints about the room, everything was cool. I really liked the food, it was great. I have complaints about the territory, because there was broken tiles near the pool and my child cut his leg, after which she could not swim for 4 days. I believe this is the hotel's fault. I didn’t like that at the reception they didn’t help us at all, I asked where the phone was, they pretended that they had forgotten all the languages ​ ​ ​ ​ of the world, later I turned to them with the question of where to buy a special patch in the pharmacy so that the child could swim, some as answered, but of course I'm not happy with their attitude. It was an insured event, we, of course, went to the doctor, but I experienced a lot of stress. The next day, the broken tile was also lying near the pool, only the animators and I removed it from there, the hotel staff did not fix anything in this regard. There are many beaches nearby, we found both a reef and fish there, but there was a smell of fuel oil 2 times on the beach, once there was a strong smell, the second - less, there was no more in 7 days. Near Naama Bay, quite close, I liked to walk along the promenade. They didn’t warn that there is a surgeon fish, for example, I didn’t know about it, I hadn’t seen it before, I would like to have information about what it cuts.
