I think the hotel is wonderful, if you do not find fault and if you take into account the budget! In general, I had a wonderful stay and I would gladly repeat it in this hotel. Saying goodbye to the animators and other staff, tears welled up (maybe we are just very suspicious : )))! but still!
I'll try to describe what I didn't like:
1. The room in which we were settled was right next to the reception, the restaurant and the pool, but terribly dead, old and scary (though after they asked to change it, they quickly overpowered it into EXCELLENT, after which we thanked $ 10)
2. The beach is far away, and you don’t have to stop there in time to leave and arrive from there, so as not to miss lunch. There are no corals (well, a couple of dead ones) and almost no fish, although we had enough impressions for the first time.
3. Service for bartenders - there were those who do not like Russians (but this, in principle, is understandable, because I personally saw how RUSSIANs communicate with bartenders - they are rude and rude, in a word, freaks) and, naturally, some staff showed sincere dissatisfaction, for example, with the fact that we asked to pour immediately in two hands (so as not to run twice : )
Now the POSITIVE ASPECTS:
1. The room they gave us was excellent! Everything was beautiful, not a single animal flew / did not crawl. The air conditioner worked so that we took cover. Cleaning was daily, towels were also clean daily. Twice we were presented with surprises: the first time in the form of a heart from a towel, the second time in the form of petals on the bed, and this despite the fact that we left a tip only once and only AFTER a heart from a towel!
2. Territory - I think that the territory is very well-groomed, very green and we had a photo session a couple of times. The number of pools is sufficient, although because of the beach (more precisely, because of the fact that it is x / s where) everyone basically rested there and it was difficult to take a seat!
3. Nutrition - as for me, more is not needed. Lots, variety, delicious.
4. Animation - the staff is very good-natured and diligent, of course I felt at the children's party : ) but still, in many ways, the animation probably depends on us than on the animators, because if you are a scumbag, then no animator will lift you up! I still have this item with a LITTLE plus sign, and this plus is mainly due to the personal attitude towards the animators with whom we became friends.
5. Bartenders - there were also very good bartenders: they smiled at us, poured branded cocktails, gave us glass glasses and in general they were cool, unfortunately they are in the minority : ((but still!
