After reading the reviews about the hotel, I wanted to share my impressions. When we went with a girlfriend, we didn’t choose a hotel, we went according to the principle that we took a ticket tonight - we flew out of Moscow tomorrow morning. I wanted rest, sea, sun and positive.
Arriving at the hotel we were given a normal room, with clean linen. All subsequent issues with clean towels, etc. were resolved with one call and five minutes of time. I just dialed the number of the service that serves the numbers and reported the problem, everything was done instantly. Internet for $12 a week, just super. Too bad we found out about this too late. The entire staff is responsive and efficient. No one was imposed and did not grab by the hand, there were no calls to the numbers. As for the food, it’s absolutely normal, perhaps no frills, but I didn’t see hungry people there, there is something to choose for every taste, pastries are very tasty. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits.... anything. The fact that drinks in plastic is certainly a minus, but it’s not fatal. We did not use the animation, we were not bored, we did not drink much, although it was all inclusive. Beer is normal, red wine too... Rum and cola were taken a couple of times and then something to warm up in the evening. They didn’t pay extra for anything, no one asked us for money. Documents and money were kept in a safe. (it is advisable to immediately ask to replace the batteries, but it is better to do it yourself as soon as the indicator flashes so that there are no problems with opening). About the beach - the entrance to the sea is "not very", but we swam plenty, on the pontoon and sunbathed and warmed ourselves and swam again. Entry through sandbags, discomfort only from the fact that some bags should be replaced, but again, in the economy version, this is not so scary.
They regularly went to the city every evening for $1. Roundtrip. Don't like hotel transport, taxi as an alternative. Bargain and get a discount! And please feel free to ask at the reception everything you are interested in, the bus schedule, what is included in the "all inclusive", where-what and how much in the hotel. You will be told everything in both English and Russian. Although in Russian they do it less willingly.

In principle, I can say that we had a good rest, the rest was spoiled by only one... our own compatriots who constantly whine that they don’t like everything, then it sucks, it sucks, the booze is shitty, etc. They don't like Russians! But we . . but here they are....Appeal to the staff - literally: Hey, you! Give us whiskey and cola. Hurry up! More whiskey, less cola. Well! or this option: Well, how can you tell them in English, like, uh-uh, change the money for us . . or whatever the change money is! Let's wait 2 minutes faster!
The question arises, why love us if we are rude, not polite and believe that the all-inclusive system bought the entire hotel along with the unfortunate staff who endure it all ?? ? Notice, those who were in this hotel... The inscription on the door "please do not take out the fruit from the restaurant" is written only in Russian. Because no one else would just think of it. I ate and went out, went to rest and relax. And then we are taught at school, technical schools, colleges and institutes for several years in a row to say please and thank you in English, however, you can learn it yourself from a dictionary....We solved this problem very simply, we communicated with the staff and everyone in the hotel only in English language. There was no tension or discomfort, everyone was ready to help us and told us a lot of interesting things about the country, customs and holidays with tourists. In this hotel, everyone speaks English normally, except for the cleaners and those staff, but they catch every word. We were satisfied with the trip. If I get to this same hotel, I won’t be upset at all.
