We went with my husband and sister in November 2019. I'll start in order. We arrived at the hotel around 9 am. They offered to leave the suitcases at the reception and wait for check-in until 12:00. They didn’t ask for money for early check-in, so we decided to save money and leave it just in case if the room didn’t suit us. We were given cards for towels and we went to the beach. They didn't wear bracelets. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, everywhere is very clean, a lot of greenery and palm trees. The beach is big and cozy. Music plays on the beach and there is beach animation (it is not on site). The sea is beyond praise! Clean, with a sandy sunset and corals 20-30 meters from the shore. We swam with masks, saw lionfish, surgeon fish and other interesting fish. For 8 days, the surgeon fish injured 2 people, they were sewn up in the hospital, be careful!! ! Don't swim close!
At 12 o'clock we returned to the reception. We were given documents to sign and told to wait for the porter. We asked to be allowed to see the room on our own. As a result, they wanted to settle in 2 chalets in the backyards. We returned to the reception and asked to change our room, she said that her sister was afraid to live alone away from my husband and I. We were taken to a room on the 2nd floor. The room was awesome! 2 large rooms with kitchen and bar. It was actually a 2-room apartment)) 2 balconies, the room is clean. The only drain button in the toilet was leaking, but we adapted. They didn’t take money for a replacement, although we offered it))) The food in the dining room is delicious, but there is no variety, I didn’t have enough fruit. The dining room is located right on the Naaama Bay promenade, there is a constant movement. Of the minuses, I can note weak animation and tasteless beer. )) So the rest was a success, I liked everything! The main thing is to go with a positive mood!
