In my "subjective" opinion of a travel agent who works very closely with Egypt, Grand Rotana is currently the No. 1 hotel for VIP tourists who, with all their love for a "luxurious vacation", still go to enjoy the Red Sea... The hotel is enough large and offers recreation for all categories of tourists, from the "above average" segment to the most demanding tourists, while the price tag for the tour will naturally be different! If the stunning hotel grounds and the magnificent sea are enough for you, you can take the simplest Classic room, all-inclusive meals and not make claims to the hotel, as you save on accommodation, while using all the hotel services available for this concept... If you think VIP tourists, then Ultra All Inclusive meals, Premium Suite in the club area will provide you with an upscale vacation (photo of the room is attached... absolutely nothing outdated! )... If you have not been explained the difference, rate "2" to your manager and change agency!
Unfortunately, in the conditions of a difficult economic situation in the world, there are fewer and fewer hotels in Sharm El Sheikh where one could safely send their favorite tourists. Only Grand Rotana collects a "complete set of virtues": a beautiful TERRITORY, a high level of SERVICE, excellent FOOD (with the right choice of concept), a decent number of rooms (I know what I'm talking about, everything is known in comparison), the SEA in all its glory ( living corals, short pontoon, no wind and currents, entrance to the sea from the shore for children), infrastructure for KIDS (mini club, water slide, playground, special area on the beach)... This hotel has no obvious minuses AT ALL. . . For comparison: Four Seasons 5* - only for breakfast, Hyatt 5* and Savoy 5* - very old, Royal Savoy 5* - children are not allowed, Baron 5* and Rixos 5* - problem with the sea (Nabq), Reef Oasis Senses 5 * - on the second line, the rest of the hotels are not worth attention at all, if we talk about VIP hotels...
And last but not least - this is actually the "soul" of the ZORYANA hotel!!! ! Sometimes it seems to me that she is the President of Egypt, since there is no such issue that she could not solve))) Any ADEQUATE tourist, falling into the reliable hands of Zoryana, becomes the center of the universe for her. I absolutely support tourists in that I have never met a more sympathetic, disinterested and sincere person in my life. A real professional who LIVES in his business, always pursues the interests of only the tourist and DOES NOT SAVE YOURSELF!
At the request of tourists, I want to note, in addition to Zoryana (whom my tourists put on a 5-point scale of 10, they said that in no country in the world, in no hotel they have yet been surrounded by such care, but there is something to compare with! ) the work of the security service hotel (tourists left a camera worth 10 thousand euros on the lawn near the room, so they were searched for half a day, and all this time security was standing near the camera and did not move a single step), the a la carte chef of the BAHU restaurant (who pampered tourists with his masterpieces and earned special respect from tourists by personally preparing the most delicate mashed potatoes for a two-year-old kid who is very picky in food), the guys from Club Rotana (unfortunately I don’t remember the names, but the tourist called everyone by name)...
I hope that more than once I will hear gratitude from tourists for choosing a hotel... By the way, this is really one of the hotels with the largest percentage of returning tourists!
