We arrived early in the morning, we were warned that check-in was at 14.00, they would not serve breakfast, because our hour has not yet come. They offered snacks at the bar at 11.30 (Oh! this is something, not snacks - bread, greenish tomatoes, cucumbers, pastries (very limited) and some kind of scary-looking balls). For a hotel of this level, as they position themselves - a shame!

The bar at the reception opened at 9.00. They put out barrels of water and various additives (orange, mint, cucumber). They just didn't give me glasses. After the remark, the bartender did not take out the glasses, but called to come up and take one plastic glass in each hand.

Checked in at 10.00. Room with sea view, building №1. The room is good in size, but everything is old, the furniture is solid, but has been living for a long time. Bar - two bottles of water, Pepsi, cola, nuts and crackers - paid! The duvet cover of one of the beds is covered in spools. Cleaning is daily, but superficial, a couple of times they forgot to put towels, on the last day they did not put a bottle of water. The good news is that there is an ironing board and iron in the room.

The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, clean, very beautiful - everything here is on the level! There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone.
Bars: the impression is that the bartenders are at least the children of sheikhs. And we, sorry, "didn't come out with a snout. " Favor in everything. Everything is in plastic. Even a glass of wine at the reception was poured into a plastic glass.

The restaurant "pleased" with the lack of paper napkins (one per hand, if you ask), teaspoons and, sometimes, seats. The food is so-so. Seafood is just a dream. A la carte restaurants, which are offered to every vacationer, on the menu offer everything you want for a fee, and what you don’t want is free. We refused such a "luxury", somehow humiliating.

Another impressive bouquet in a vase at the exit to the pools. Withered chrysanthemum brooms in rotten water. After the remark, they changed the water and put fresh brooms, though they brought fruit to the room as an apology!

From the good: on departure they gave a decent dry ration.

The general impression is that we are not welcome, maybe we eat or drink a lot, or behave inappropriately, I don’t know, but I didn’t see any Germans and English in this hotel, mostly the post-Soviet space, but if we don’t come, who will for 2000 c. u. pour wine into a plastic glass
