A friend asked me what happened to our beloved Grand Rotana because she read very bad reviews here for March, and we were in March too! I went and was blown away! At first she was furious, and then she burst into tears. You people are very spoiled ALTHOUGH don't go to Grand Rotana anymore, those who didn't like it, because I was in it not the first and not the last time, that's for sure. The hotel is super, we lived in a deluxe on the third floor without any additional payment without a single dollar over the tour, which by the way was not in the deluxe. Rotana appreciates those who return to it, and as soon as I said that last time they lived in the 2nd building, they apologized (!!! ) that it was being renovated and given in the 1st where the sea and the beach are in front of us (who he knew) I repeat without surcharges. The food is excellent both in Ramses and a la carte. Cleaning daily, bar replenishment (cola, sprite. . . ) and water as much as you want daily.
