Bought with a friend a ticket for 14 days, Superior room, all inclusive. A few days before departure, change the flight time (one day later). Choice: either a refund for one day and wait for the day of settlement, or we do not return the money for the day and, accordingly, we move in immediately, since our room is supposedly empty for a day. We chose the second option. We arrive around 4 am. At the reception they say - you need to wait until dinner, but for now we will put you in another room. We explain - in fact, we should already live in our room, just the flight was postponed. They do not agree with us, they say there is no way out. Okay, they settle in a small room on the first floor (these are just the rooms where there are windows-portholes and old plumbing). Taught by bitter experience and having read numerous reviews, I was ready for this. We do not unpack our suitcases, we go to understand. I declare - I will not live in such a room even until dinner, in general, I got into a pose. The time is about 5 am, apparently, the staff does not want to quarrel. We are settled in suites (4th floor), but also before lunch. Naturally, we agree. 2 rooms, several exits to the balcony, jacuzzi, two TVs, etc. I can’t say that the furniture is new and sparkling, I think those who have the opportunity to pay good money are unlikely to like the room, but for us it’s better than the rooms on the first floor, the view is simply excellent, the sea is impressive.
The specified time passes, finally, we can be settled in the room that we paid for. They lead to the opposite end of the hotel from the suites, apparently, just the old part of the hotel, the second floor. Like, our number. One room, about 15-20 meters, one bed, a mirror, a small corridor, a view of a tiny piece of the sea. Okay, number, like, accepted. Then we decide to go and sort it out - we were expecting another, a friend goes with $ 10 to the reception. Not enough, another 10 must be added and a good number is ours. Relates, waiting for the agreed call from the reception. They call: if you want to check into a good room, take your suitcases in hand and quickly go to the reception! We grab unpacked (already 2 o'clock in the afternoon and we almost had time to go to lunch) suitcases. We are settled in the new part of the hotel, in a room with a great view of the sea and two palm trees, two double beds, normal plumbing. Hooray! It so happened that we visited almost all the categories of rooms presented by the hotel. The best in terms of price-quality ratio is the one in which we were settled.
Entertainment: I don't know, didn't attend any of them.

Food: Monotonous. The same dishes are served every day, naturally at first euphoria - you don’t have to cook anything yourself, etc. , but by the end of the 13th day it was no longer possible to eat. Usually - scrambled eggs, but you have to stand in line, tomatoes, cucumbers, about 7-8 types of salads, but it tastes good, I didn’t eat any of them, only tomatoes and cucumbers. For dinner - chicken, soups are not very good, although I sometimes took it, a friend did not take it at all. Where they cook scrambled eggs for breakfast - they cook grilled, chicken, fish, but there is also a queue, and if you come later, you may not get it. Went three years ago to Days Inn Gafy, food is better there.
Beach: I didn’t like the fact that the sun was already hiding at 4, in Days they could sunbathe after that time. The reef is better in that hotel, but I don’t know, maybe it depends on the time of year. This time we went at the beginning of September. There were a lot of beautiful fish in Days, but not so many here. I had to come to the beach, and immediately move the sun loungers 90 degrees under the sun. The beds are comfortable with mattresses. There is a bar nearby for drinks.
Repair: we were assured by the agency: the repair is finished. No, not finished. But he didn’t bother us at all when we were in the suites, although you could hear something hammering, the sound was like a bird, that is, not so noisy. The repair was on the hotel terrace (it turns out on the third floor).
Noise: under our number (449, in my opinion, I don’t remember exactly) there was an oxygen tank filling station for divers. He was noisy all day, only stopped late in the evening, but the noise became a little annoying by the middle of the rest.
Location of the hotel: close to the center (in fact, we chose the hotel according to this principle), there are always some sounds - music from different cafes, people are constantly walking, that is, such a party place. But for me personally, this was a plus, because when we lived in Days, we didn’t go to the center every day, but here we didn’t even have to go out.
The balcony overlooking the sea deserves special mention. Day and night it's just great. During the day you watch the sea, yachts, etc. In the evening you enjoy the lights, very beautiful.
Cleaning in the room: every day, but there was a feeling that if the linen was changed, then no more than two or three times for the whole time (((Tipping was not left every day, only at the end of the holiday. Towels were changed regularly, as soon as some of them ended up on the bathroom floor.

The air conditioner is normal, we were in Days, it was freaky there - it blew very strongly, as my friend (who understands them enough) did not set it up.
Staff: the cooks obviously do not consider their work as work, constantly joking and winking. At the reception, at first glance, they seem to be well-trained, but still Arabs... ((Although there are no such large-scale nit-picking.
Ready to return to Helnan only because of the excellent sea view, everything else is not chic, but tolerable, in order to spend a wonderful holiday on the Red Sea and not spoil the experience.
