We stayed at this hotel in March 2008. (from March 12 to March 24) as a couple. It was the second time in Sharm el-Sheikh. For the first time, we rested at the Iberotel Club Fanara (now the Jaz hotel chain).

Settlement/Work of guides Pegasus.
Check-in was not without problems. Booked a standard room. They settled with a view of the construction site of a neighboring hotel (and then the repair work was in full swing: drilling, knocking, building materials are being transported). Changed at the reception room with a few more couples and families. Everyone was settled closer to the construction site. At the same time, the hotel guide from Pegasus not only did not help, but also threatened us all with gendarmes. In the end, the receptionists went to meet everyone and settled everyone normally. This could have been done the first time, rather than ruffle people's nerves and drag out time.

Meals/Drinks.

We rested as a couple at that time without children, so we didn’t particularly bother with food. For an adult, you can always find something to eat. And the food, by the way, I liked more than at the Iberotel Club Fanara.
For drinks, my husband liked the beer.

Tours.
We went to Mount Moses and immediately to the monastery of St. Catherine. The climb was very difficult, my legs hurt, halfway I wanted to sit down and wait for the dawn, but with some superhuman efforts we nevertheless reached the top of the mountain, where we met the long-awaited dawn. I want to say that it is quite cold on the mountain. So bring warm clothes so you don't have to rent blankets. After the descent, we visited the monastery of St. Catherine, touched the thorn bush. After arriving at the hotel, we slept without hind legs.

Sea: very warm. The weather was great. I personally liked Sharm to rest in March more than in December. There were no such winds that it was impossible to swim.

Territory of the hotel: well-groomed, very beautiful cascade of pools, funicular rides. The funicular is just right for families with children if you need to climb from the sea to your building or to the main restaurant. There is a heated pool.
Gardeners try very hard: they clean, water, cut, in a word, they are constantly at work. But after watering, there was sometimes a smell, as if from a sewer. Understandably, there is a shortage of fresh water in general.

Conclusion: in general, I can recommend this hotel for holidays in Sharm El Sheikh and Ras Um El Sid.
