Good afternoon ! we took a ticket to this hotel because last year my wife and I rested in Hilton Sharks Bay 4 * and we really liked it there, for a change we decided this year to take a ticket to a hotel of a higher class and level 5 * Hilton Waterfalls. And at a cost that is 2 times more expensive!
And so let's start, I miss all the moments with the flight and transfer, it all went well. brought to the hotel at 8:30 in the morning, and check-in at 14:00 was told to wait, I had to give 5c. u. at the reception desk for settling earlier, as a result, there were free rooms and settled within 30 minutes with a sea view... ) and REJECTED BREAKFAST although we had already paid for that day) they said 5 or 10 dollars (I don’t remember exactly). per person and go eat. I had to show ingenuity and arrogance and go to the dining room without a bracelet, and since there were a lot of people, no one noticed this.....)
FOOD and canteen: we went for 10 days, all this time the food was very monotonous and tasteless (someone might say that I am very picky about food, but who likes to see rice every day, half-baked boiled potatoes and half-baked pasta... ), in the morning scrambled eggs . salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots. meat: chicken legs and wings cooked every day in only one form - fried and fried fish and so every day. For 10 days of rest 7, I ate only rice with chicken and rice with fried fish, because there was simply nothing more delicious.....

fruits: tangerines, green papaya, they gave persimmons a couple of times, watermelon, melon, and every day GREEN DATES which are hard and very tart and they saw that no one eats them and every day again and again they put a large plate with them... at the end I could not stand it and went up to the cook and wanted to make him eat this date, but since he did not speak Russian. not in eng. he did not understand anything....for POWER I put a solid 2-ku !!!
the second is the seats in the dining room, the first time this has happened to us for all the time of all the trips. for example, 300 people come to dinner and there are 200 seats at the tables and you really had to wait 10-20 minutes with a plate when someone finished eating and run quickly to his table !!! ! so it got to the point that people began to come half an hour before meals to occupy tables, put personal belongings on chairs in order to reserve a place for eating !!! )))))
BEACH !! ! : I’ll start with the fact that the same thing happened on the beach as in the dining room, there are very few sunbeds and the beach itself is very small for such a hotel... on the first day, after sleeping, we went to the beach around 9-9:30 and everything was packed, we I had to lay towels on the sand and lie like that... in the following days we came for breakfast around 7:15 to get to the beach at 730-7:45 so that we had somewhere to lie down. but even at that time, already on 90% of the sunbeds there were someone’s personal belongings, which meant that people came even earlier than us, scored the sunbed in this way, went to eat or fill up and returned to an already pre-booked place))) such a struggle took place for a place in the sun )))
Swimming area: I’ll immediately tell you about the comments regarding the fact that there is a squeaky entrance to the sea) 2 meters of squeak and then the coral begins where you can’t walk and swim, too, because the depth is 50 centimeters there !! ! therefore, for a normal swim, you need to go through their artificial pier and swim there, I’ll immediately say that the reef is rather wretched for the beautiful Red Sea, right at the end of the pier in the area that is fenced with buoys, the depth is from 8-15 meters with a further deepening, okay, I’m like a diver I swam where I wanted, but my wife swam only on the surface, which was fenced off from corals at a distance of 3-4 meters and 25 meters in length. Such a small stretch of the sea.

ROOM: the room seems to be nothing like for Egypt, but there is dust on the lamps, there are traces of dead mosquitoes everywhere, the doors to the bathroom are closed by moving to the side with great force... the furniture is old, but it will do. in the bathroom, of course, there is a fungus on the ceiling, there was also a green fungus between the tiles, there was no hair dryer, there were no slippers and there was a constantly buzzing hood in the bathroom that did not turn off in any way, I had to close the door to the bathroom tightly at night))
after 16:00 the door to the balcony must be closed as the sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ mosquitoes pours, which then bite like crazy.
The territory is beautiful, lawns everywhere, everything is well-groomed. Tennis court paid !!! ! how so ?? ? in Hilton 4* it is free and in Hilton 5* it is paid 15c. u. hour if I'm not mistaken. fitness room is very weak 3 treadmills, 2 bikes and a collection of gates of different weights.
In general, they were not satisfied with the rest, especially the food and the lack of space in the dining room and the beach, they went to the fish restaurant 1 time overseas with food, so that they could eat at least during the rest.
