We never wrote a review (although we have been vacationing far from the first time in different countries, for many years, hotels of different levels, preferring 5 * and 4 *.
The Hilton rested for the second time.
This time we are writing a review for one reason - we were struck by the work of the hotel staff and the company JOHN AP.
(There is no way to write a REVIEW on the JOHN AP website - they never got through to the hotline to find out where you can leave a review - a HUGE MINUS).
They didn’t want to go to a meeting with the guide, because he couldn’t tell us anything new because he had already been in Egypt 5 times - we know everything and wherever we wanted to be, but since we had to go anyway to the hotel lobby, we came to a meeting
Company guide John Ap - MAGDI and his colleague Timur Akhmed - we were simply amazed! These are people who work and do their job at the highest level!

They - apparently - are not indifferent to our opinion and impression! They work with an open mind and whole heart!
OUR RECOGNITION AND THANKS TO YOU!!!
Also, I would like to note the staff at the hotel. All the guys are great !! ! They work like bees, attentive, there is no discrimination !! ! Excellent service in the Italian restaurant and the work of Mohomed !! ! RESPECT!!!
PS: advice - do not forget what you eat, relax !! ! there are always pros and cons. Everything is never perfect. And most importantly - read and choose a hotel yourself - there is a lot of information - and when you pay - do not forget that everything is worth your money !! !
