I stayed at the hotel with my husband 4 years ago. Then I liked it. Decided to go again with my daughter. And she was disappointed. Despite the full load, the hotel has become much worse (maybe they peck at the name? ). Previously, bathrobes and slippers hung in the room, now I had to ask for bathrobes at the reception. Slippers were not given. Gone are absolutely all the snacks between main meals. If you don’t get it for breakfast, you will be hungry until lunchtime, there is no food anywhere. What is strange, as for all inclusive. Ice cream at the bar for a fee. As for me, just do nonsense for a 5 star hotel. The food in the restaurant was not great before, but now it has become even worse. Of course, the choice of dishes is more than you cook at home, but poorer than in other hotels we have been to. The warm pool, which we loved so much 4 years ago, also did not please us. Firstly, they began to heat up another pool, which is much smaller. Secondly, heating is very relative. From the cold wind saves only psychologically. In general, the regime of total savings can be traced in everything. Saved only by the beautiful sea (dived, as they say) and pleasant communication with the staff. Decide, dear travelers yourself, and I will look for another hotel next time.
