We chose a hotel with a tour operator. They decided on it for a long time, in the end we were convinced that this is a normal 5, and the price is quality. I understand that the hotel is economy class and all... but some things for me were out of the ordinary.
Let's start with accommodation:
We settled for a long time, we had a standard with a lawn view))) we paid $ 10 extra and got a room with a sea view. The keys to the room do not work well (changed at the reception). The porter took our suitcases and drove us 100 Meters, showed us our room and, of course, waited for our hard-earned $1.
Room: beautiful view, excellent location, clean, clean and fresh bedding, change of towels, every day a figure on the bed made of towels, water was put in the room, and a bathroom set (shampoo, shower gel, lotion). The bathroom is dead, everything is old (rusty, moldy, cracked, chipped, etc. )
The furniture in the room is old and worn out, the legs are rusty.

There was a bidet with cold water))) the toilet also wants to be better... there is a telephone above the toilet (not connected), we could not understand why it was there... ??? ? But this... probably in the 80s they called the staff when the toilet paper ran out)))) I don’t even know))))
Territory: beautiful, well-groomed, neatly trimmed. The only thing that didn't work was the cascade waterfall, it was partially launched.
The territory is clean, there are trash cans. Everything is very tastefully planted))) the plants are well-groomed.
Staff: everyone expects money from you, no matter what request you make. As for me, it is necessary to hide it at least a little and not so clearly show it to tourists. They got the phrases: "hello friend, how are you? " for the 100th time I want to answer rudely. Very annoying guys who sell spa services from the hotel and excursions. Boys - waiters did their best to deliver drinks (but this is a mockery of tourists). When we settled in, they told us that we could have lunch - in fact: we almost pulled out the plates from our hands and didn’t let them eat until we figured it out. We sat at the table with plates of food and waited until we were allowed or not allowed to have lunch. It just amazed me. In the end, we were allowed to finish the meal. At the same time, no one even thought to take off our bracelets.
Food: the same type, not tasty. Lots of food we don't understand. Milk is highly diluted, coffee is terrible. Pasta is not clear at all. Puree salty and with pieces of potatoes)))) probably everything is for everybody. I ate vegetables, greens, fish, chicken, cereals. No soups, no breakfasts. Pleased grill menu for dinner. Snacks (jelly, biscuit rolls and pies, fruits, croissants). From fruits dates, oranges, tangerines, guava, melon. The wine is terrible.
Security: friendly, asked to pass through the frame. There are no cameras on the beach.

Sea: cool and warm. Transparent, the fish are super. Pantone - uncomfortable, you can break your legs - when the waves stagger. The second one is flooded - it's scary to walk, it is broken at the end. You can swim, but not comfortable. Little space. It is inconvenient to go down to the sea from Pantone and climb out. Quest straight.
Infrastructure: everything is nearby - pharmacies, shops, markets, taxis.
Animation Entertainment: the girls tried, but very boring and not interesting. There is exercise, zumba, step. Contests were arranged. They offered to go to the disco.
Bars: none on the beach. There are no snacks, plastic glasses are shabby and it is terrible to drink from them. We drank juices and water.
In the lobby, the bar is also not so hot, coffee is terrible, cocoa too. But I saw elite alcohol being poured. I don't drink, so it doesn't matter to me.
General impression: the sea and the territory are super, everything is beautiful in the photo. The main thing is not to look closely. As for me, the Hotel is 3+. Once I think the hotel was simply gorgeous, now it needs renovation.
