Hotel ratings by criteria:
We rested at Hilton Water Falls in February 2008. After reading reviews on the Internet, on the plane I scolded myself that I was flying to Egypt. Everything turned out quite differently.
Minuses:
1) young people have nothing to do in this hotel! The disco is weak, it is impossible to break away. Drive is nowhere to be found. Relaxing rest what we wished for
2) Waiters serve drinks at lunch and dinner. If the first portion of drinks will be brought quickly, then the second or third will wait until you get bored. (we did not tip, probably should have)
3) Wine and beer (we liked it) are provided free of charge only in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner. The rest of the time - for the money!
Pros:

1) WE DID NOT POISON. I was traveling with a bag of medicines, but nothing was needed. Good food, yes - not quite varied every day. And what, at home we invent something every day in the kitchen? But for some, entertainment is to look for the negative and find it without fail. Some compatriots are picking up pastries through the roof, but they cannot eat. Like from a hungry land.
2) I read all the time in reviews how Arabs pester our women. The conclusion is that they pester those who want to be pestered. I did not pay attention to the compliments of the Arabs, I think, why not compliment a pretty woman? Things did not go further than compliments, since there was no answer. We went by taxi, bargained with sellers. They didn’t grab hands, they didn’t carry garbage, everyone was polite.
3) Pegas Tourist guides are great guys. Their help was always felt.
4) We went on an excursion to Cairo to the pyramids (Cairo is a city of contrasts), to the Ras Mohamed reserve, to Israel. Be sure to visit Israel. At night you leave Egypt and at 6.30 you are at the Dead Sea, and then you go to the Holy places. Do not buy cosmetics in the store on the Dead Sea. Prices are doubled. For a cream that costs 45 ye in Moscow, I paid 90 ye.
Excursions with lunch and even dinner in Israel. A bit heavy on the bus, but a lot of impressions.
5) And finally... the sea. Entrance from the pontoon. Below are corals with beautiful fish. In cloudy weather, the feeling that the corals go into the abyss. There are schools of fish under you. Be careful - poisonous fish swim (we saw it ourselves). I was stung by a jellyfish and someone fired with thorns, but... survived. All day long, upside down, we looked at the underwater world through the mask. Upon departure, the corals gradually bloomed: red, green, purple. Beauties!
Conclusion: I read all sorts of nonsense on the Internet and for a long time deprived myself of the joy of the trip.
Be sure to go to the Red Sea in Egypt.
