On vacation abroad for the first time. Before the trip, I read the reviews, I decided that the people were exaggerating. Everything seemed fine upon arrival. Surprises began on the first day, the electricity went out in the room. We turned to the reception, where they said: we will fix everything in 5 minutes... 4 hours have passed. After two more repeated appeals, finally a whole crowd of "craftsmen" came, opened the electrical panel next to it, a water heater for the shower. All contacts are rusty and rotten, water drips onto the shield. 3 minutes were digging, there was a light. The electricity went out again on the second, then on the third day. On the third day, closer to night, a pipe with hot water burst in the bathroom. The water was turned off (and cold at the same time) and everyone was gone. There was no water in the room for almost a day, despite claims.
The next morning they asked for another number. There were no power outages. The water was cut off a couple of times for an hour or two, the drain in the sink is clogged, water comes out of the shower in a thin stream, some lighting lamps shine when they themselves want to, but these are already trifles. We only saw a cockroach in the room once.
In the next room they say the mouse ran.

About food. The food is quite edible, the main thing is not to eat everything in one sitting. Monotony is present - for 10 days the same thing is fed up. From drinks beer cola, fanta, sprite, vodka, local whiskey. Wine and juice are missing. Instead of juice, invite "just add water". Milk doesn't look like milk at all. Fruit only for dinner in a limited amount of one name. There were oranges, watermelons, melons, small grapes, dates, limes. Needless to say, they did not die of hunger. Delicious fish, excellent pastries, there were no gastrointestinal disorders.
About the staff. As elsewhere, the people who work there are different. Most are really friendly and smiling. The impression was greatly spoiled by one type at the reception, who perfectly understands Russian only exclusively when he needs it, from whom you can’t get snow in winter (such a bald, eared, bug-eyed type).
As for the sea, climate, historical monuments, the impressions are unforgettable.
In conclusion, I want to say that I don’t consider myself picky, in Russia I rested both at camp sites, and in tents, and as a savage on the Black Sea. The conditions at our camp sites and rest houses are often much better.
And one more thing. . . All the local kiosk vendors say that Horizon is the worst hotel in the area.
